"The hotel's only strong point is its proximity to the city center. The rooms were stuffy and too small, the bathroom too small, and the toilet didn't work from day one. On day two, the wall radiator fell on me while showering; fortunately, I rushed to reception and they fixed the problem right away. Then, that night, it was scorchingly hot, even with a ceiling fan."

"The Hotel Dogana was chosen really due to its location, and the fact it seemed to offer a lot. And I was not disappointed. The hotel is lovely and although it is located on the main road it is fairly quiet and I enjoyed a very peaceful stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was any bother for them. The breakfast was decent, being cold buffet consisting of meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, breads and coffee , tea and fruit juice. It was all very tasty. My room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom had everything you need with toiletries provided. Excellent value for money and i would definitely stay here again."
