To start on a positive note, quiet place, and the sea view rooms are great...but only for the view. And the positive stops here. The "superior room" has nothing superior: absolute zero ammenities, just a water heater, but you need to pay extra for a tea or a coffee. They oblige you to take dinner in the hotel (they charge you directly when you book the room), but the quality is less than average, nothing else but a canteen. Short, I had a very bad experience.

Just the most lovely hotel. If you want the cold anonymity of a chain then this is not for you. A stunning location with fabulous staff, gorgeous food and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Go for a superior sea view with half board. A car would also be beneficial

Totally Relaxed and an intimate perfect resort. You have to come experience for yourself. We booked for one night only, to avoid sleeping in the previous noisy hotel we stayed in and to have a relaxing evening together as a family before our flight home. We booked half board, diner setting is overlooking the sea and the buffet was a mixture of traditional Greek food, and European food, very well prepared. The private beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles, the checkout is midday which is a novelty, normally 11am in Greece. Everything was on point, from service to cleanliness and comfort but the best thing was definitely the quiet rooms and the sound of the sea. I’d highly recommend Kalamati hotel and will happily return. The hotel is 10min drive to Corinth Canal and archaeological site of Ancient Corinth. Best news is, it’s a free Peloponnese attraction!

Staying in the hotel was great, but I want to praise the high level and quality of the food. Even if you are not a regular customer, I really recommend you visit Kalamaki Beach for your daily swim and eat in the restaurant. The food was so delicious we are looking forward to visit again.

Delightful. Arrived without reservation, just before dining over…they had a room, told us to go eat dinner and then complete checkin! Since main course was back in kitchen, we were brought plates with variety of food. Breakfast and dinner included in price. Nice balcony with view of the sea. Lovely grounds, pool and available seating area. There are games available, including pool and table tennis. Lovely outdoor bar area.

Quiet family hotel next to the beach and with a nice pool. There are almost nothing else nearby so a car is highly recommended. There are several historical sites a short drive away. The hotel is rather old, but still have some stile to it. The rooms have a need for upgrades, but are at least clean, though the balcony and under the bed need some cleaning. The hallway was never vacuumed while we stayed, and probably haven’t in a while. The employees are helpful and hardworking. The breakfast and dinner was included in the price for the room. The two were quite opposite of each other. The breakfast was extremely cheap, and the dinner was pretty good! The gym is not maintained and a lamp has been hanging from the roof during our stay. There are not much else than swimming for kids, and are probably best for the young kids.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving by rental car before 3 PM. from ATH airport. Since we were prepaid, check in was quick with the English speaking receptionist; copy passports, sign a release and issue key cards. We took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Room #207 was tile floored with a window wall view over its balcony to the Saronic Gulf of the Mediterranean. It was nice sized with a wardrobe, bathroom with ample counter space and narrow tub shower, then comfortable twins, a desk unit with refer and hot pot, TV with excellent reception of many international channels (BBC, Euro News, CGTN & a movie-all in English) and a single bed we used for our bags. Our room WIFI was good as was the central AC/heat. The 7 PM serviced dinner buffet was excellent with salads, pork, chicken, spaghetti and many desserts. The 7:30 AM serviced breakfast buffet was also excellent with sunny side up eggs, hot/cold meats, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, OJ, breads/baked goods and a simple coffee machine. This practical well maintained 80 room hotel has a beautiful spacious lawn, large pool, direct sheltered access to Isthmia Beach, and a nice ΑΒ supermarket(wines, groceries & more) just 6 km north near the canal.

We had an amazing time at the Kalamaki Beach Hotel. The staff and the service were top notch and the owner, Maria Elena, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short than perfect. The hotel is right on the water and the rooms we stayed in had a wonderful view of the ocean. What is very impressive is the unique marble you find everywhere in the hotel, the well manicured landscape, the pool and excellent views that truly take your breath away. The rooms and some areas of the hotel are a little dated but the service, staff and amazing views make up for any shortcoming of the decor. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and the lobby bar had a great assortment of wine, beer and expertly crafted cocktails. Most impressive was Maria Elena’s down to earth approach to service. She made sure we were always happy and even accompanied us to Athens on train as she was going to her other hotels. She went out of her way to to walk us through the entire train to Athens hotel process to make sure we did not get lost. Thank you again Maria Elena and your entire staff for a wonderful stay!
