I stayed with a group of friends from Belgrade (Serbia) at the Ramada Loutraki hotel from June 20 to 30. My impressions of the hotel are outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything tourists need. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel manager Mr. Dejan Matijević deserves special praise. He is always available to the guests and solves any problems that arise or fulfills the guests' wishes. The food in the restaurant is top level. The stuff is great! Everybody are positive. Big praise for stuff chief for the greatest organisation, the finest kitchen which is always fresh and delicious, for waiters and cleaners for keeping the place clean! Everything is in right order!

I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch, thrown things behind the rooms, the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest.. the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix... before an accident happens, cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. .., the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn.... It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer.... The staff is very kind!!!! Too bad

Very good. The facilities are sufficient. It is not possible, however, in a 5-star hotel, for the TV to be 25 inch HDready (i.e. 20 years old). Also the carpet on the floor must not have been changed since it was built.Also the entry card to the room was demagnetized twice within 24 hours.

It started as a surprise trip for my boyfriend who at the beginning was very hesitant about it . We arrived late in the afternoon and the moment we stepped in to the reception it felt very cozy and welcoming. The dearest Gioula greeted us with the warmest smile and some house made walnut liquor which was delicious. The room was spacious and wonderfully arranged with a big fireplace (the logs were replenished every day for our convenience ) , a sitting area made entirely of a cow’s fur, a very comfortable queen size bed and my personal favorite the fluffiest sheepskin rug that felt like you are standing on a cloud . The next morning we woke to have a delicious buffet breakfast which had something different every day and we were off to explore the area which he eventually loved , as we initially had booked for 2 nights and we stayed 3. I would say that I definitely recommend Archontiko Fíamegou for your getaway at Trikala which is a truly Archontiko with lovely lords Mrs. Mary and Mr.Dimitris ,the owners, who made you feel truly like home .
