Pro: it’s in a good location and 24 hr front desk help
Con: the rooms are not clean, the bathroom was flooding in the shower, there was a strong smell of smoke, no in room phone, rather dark rooms
I did speak to the front desk person and she did move me to another room, while this helped it was inconvenient.

Not all information is listed on website, hair over the bedding, stained carpet, first room shower so small I couldn't shut the door then moved to accessible room, would say its not worth the money, as notbreally a hotel more a backpackers, no tea or coffee in the room, have to go to a certain floor where a kettle, tras and coffees are. And they don't advertise accessible rooms.

Nice hotel with decent amenities. Street noise can be a bit much but it was a Friday night so that was part of it. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and safe. It is also very close to the Airlink bus station. Because it is summer, the corridor is a bit hot and the TV sometimes lags and is slow, but you don't need to watch TV when you are here.
