"I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here because of our experience with the service and everything else. The hotel is truly lovely and truly lives up to its star rating. We stayed here around mid-August, in a double room with two single beds. This was the only room type available. We stayed mostly to take our daughter to the pool. We didn't have high expectations, but as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind concierge, Eleonora, who immediately greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and quiet, despite the hotel being full on those dates. The pool is also clean and looks new. Cocktails are available from the hotel's own platter. The breakfast buffet was also varied (with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), as well as pastries, cakes, etc. The cleaning staff were gracious and always smiling. The breakfast room staff was also very helpful. It's rare to see this kind of hospitality in hotels. I'd also add slippers to the room amenities, which are really useful and appropriate for a hotel of this category. Finally, the free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas and rooms, and is quite fast, allowing for perfect browsing. Overall, an excellent hotel, highly recommended. It offers plenty of space for both adults and children, making it a great place to spend a relaxing holiday or short stay. The staff is friendly. We'll definitely be back."
