9/10 – A comfortable resort with excellent service and a great location
We had a very pleasant two-night stay at Zuri Resort as a couple. It's a large, well-maintained resort with clean facilities, friendly staff, and everything you'd expect from a hotel of this category.
The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food, the cocktails at the pool bar are very good, and service is available 24/7. The staff were always polite and helpful, answering our questions and assisting us with booking an island-hopping tour.
The location is another big advantage – just a 10–15 minute walk from Coron Town. We never needed a tuk-tuk, especially since we heard they charge around PHP 300 for such a short ride, which seems rather excessive.
Shared airport transfers are also available, even without advance booking. We paid PHP 350 per person, which was convenient.
We only tried the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, so we can't comment on its lunch or dinner quality. However, the menu prices seemed quite high compared to restaurants in town. Fortunately, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The main downside was the air conditioning in our room, which was quite noisy. We actually had to sleep with earplugs, which wasn't ideal.
Overall, we felt very comfortable here. It's a well-run resort with good facilities, attentive service, and a convenient location. Nothing particularly extraordinary, but a consistently good experience.
9/10 – Definitely a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Coron Town!
