There are roaches in the bed, on the floor, the shower tub was filthy, the remote to the TV had no batteries, the phone in the room did not work, the blankets were stained and smelled funny. The drawer was broken, none of the appliances were plugged in so when I went to put my food in the fridge the fridge was nasty and smelled funny. I was in room 111."

"This is a Nice hotel , big room with desk that you can do computer work, plus they provided complimentary breakfast, it is delicious and includes healthy fruit and proteins, and the hotel room is always so clean & neat even we lived there 4 nights , they always clean your room daily, the service is excellent, worth for the price . By the way, they don’t provide the disposable slipper and toothbrush , you need to prepare your own. It is a good thing that protect earth & environment since there is so much disposable plastics has been wasted."
