Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa

This holiday didn't happen but I've been here before that's why I booked it untill my husband became poorly so my review is from before I went to this place last year friendly clean and superb hospitality from staff nice pool and bar area

The hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the bathroom door was filthy. The door handles were covered in a grimy residue, and it looked like the rest of the door had never been washed. The furniture was old and neglected, and the couch smelled awful. The walls were very thin and we could hear every word our neighbors said. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights, as we wouldn't have been able to stand it any longer. Easy to find parking space. Quite cheap.

You get what you pay for… Unfortunately the rooms wasn’t the cleanest, with a dirty unswept balcony, paint all over the chairs, ants infesting the room and a weird smell coming from the kitchen. Room was not cleaned the whole time we was there and we told reception about this more then once and was brushed off. Could probably get a nicer hotel for a little more worth paying the bit extra. Pool area and location was brilliant so it was a let down about the room cleanliness.

Cheapest option for a couple of nights, (shared bathrooms and dorms aside) I read a couple of grim reviews on TripAdvisor so was a little concerned but my experience was good , the only thing I would say that was marginally substandard was the mattress lacked sufficient padding, not terrible but would have benefited from a mattress topper.. But I would use it again, no question.
