The apartments are nicely presented lovely large terrace ours level 2 only had 2chairs no dining table. Inside quite spacious 2 comfortable chairs Large bathroom with his and her sinks large walk in shower. Safety deposit box (no charge) small fridge and cleaned daily. Large tv. With Netflix and u tube no extra charge for these channels.Small reception area small bar which serves snacks. One downfall bar closes 9pm and dining room B&B only. This hotel is right on the edge of the national park The Dunes and right on the water front. For people who are fit about a forty minute walk into Corralejo town centre for the less mobile a taxi is recommended average cost 6/7 euros each way. Taxi can be called by reception and arrives within minutes. 2 pools plenty of sun beds but in March when we were there no takers weather cold. Dining room bright lovely views buffet style but food same every day fresh squeezed orange every day and bubbly. Most of the staff were friendly reception staff very friendly. If you want a quiet holiday and fit for a walk into town this could be for you bear in mind there is no entertainment at this hotel. HEADS UP Lots of bars and eateries in town BUT VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS VERY LITTLE CHOICE. Unless you want salads and pasta you’ll struggle my family did.

I don’t normally complain or leave reviews like this but I was left with no option. If you are considering booking this hotel I would strongly advise you don’t. The good things about the hotel were its location to everything and the food we thought was pretty reasonable. That’s unfortunately where it ends. The hotel is incredibly filthy. You just need to look at the floor in the bar area or the windows to see how dirty it is. Our room was incredibly dirty. The headboard had a big black stain on it and the balcony had cigarette butts in the plant bit. Bird poo on the balcony was there for the full duration of our stay which highlighted this was never cleaned. The sofa bed was covered in stains and I’m thankful we didn’t need to sit on it. On two occasions I was left with no bathroom towel and had to wait 2 hours for reception to replenish me with one. Not what I expect from a 4 star! The hotel was also very run down in areas. Management were incredibly rude. We complained a number of times and they basically insinuated we were the problem. They offered us a late check out as a gesture of goodwill but in return they wanted us to sign a disclaimer so that we wouldn’t leave a negative review or sue them- absolute no way am I signing that!! The bar staff were rushed off their feet and you often had to queue. They don’t come to you to at your table. We paid a lot of money to stay here and honestly, due to the arrogance of the management staff, I would seriously urge you NOT to book this hotel. It is such a shame that they ruined my husbands birthday week away. Management need some serious customer service training. I travel all over the world and never have I had to make a complaint before. I actually have never known anything like it. Avoid!

Stayed for a week for a 30th and 60th birthday, had a brilliant time, the staff are very helpful and the rooms in the zen block are large and got cleaned every day, food was good quality especially for all inclusive. The swimming pools were just far too cold, in the week we was there we only saw 2 people use them, we tried the hydrotherapy pool at the back of our room in the zen block, it was absolutely freezing but our son enjoyed it, decided against using it again after that because it just seemed to get colder. Booked a romantic couples massage in the spa which was okay however expensive for what we received, it's a very mild massage but we still enjoyed ourselves. The spa swimming pool was lovely and warm and pleasurable experience, the sauna was very poor and only warm not hot, same for the steam room, we went twice into the spa swimming areas and both times the sauna and steam rooms were no good. Restaurants: Food of very good quality, but it's not topped up enough especially the pizza, you have to wait 5-10 minutes to get what you want sometimes. Drinks: Drinks are also good quality but can take a long time to get served which is down to the tills, for some reason they need your room number and almost always only one person serving, took 25 minutes in the sports bar to get a drink one night, after that just walked to the main bar for our drinks and walked back because it was quicker. Took us 2 days to find the lifeguard so we could get some towels due to him being elsewhere the majority of the time, usually pressure washing or sweeping leaves. The all inclusive ultra that you can upgrade to for 25 euros per person per day is not worth it, we tried it for a day to see if it was worth it, if you're in the zen block you don't really get a massive difference in things you can do, the roof top pool is too cold to use so would've been pointless, access to the spa is nice but the pool is small and has to be booked. Unless you go on holiday to drink alcohol every day not worth it. Overall, had an amazing time and it's definitely somewhere we may consider booking again in the future.
