One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it supposedly had 1 ONE double bed in some rooms. I specifically selected 1 ONE double bed for the room. Received the confirmation that says 1 ONE double bed. When I enter the room, I find 2 TWO single beds 🤦🏻♂️. The receptionist said that you are informed before booking that this is possible only on the availability limit. THEN WHY DO YOU CONFIRM IT, IF THERE’S NO DOUBLE BED ROOMS LEFT?!? Also, I couldn’t find that information being shared anywhere during the booking process.
We felt tricked…

We were only in the hotel for a few hours because we checked in very late. The staff, both reception and bar, were lovely and very helpful. The room was very good, although we missed a socket at the head of the beds. We did not have breakfast because we left very early, but if I have to return to Sabadell I will stay there again.

Everything was great, the suite was not a double bed, it was two together and I didn't like that, we decided to change to a standard room that was a double bed.
