Homer village has several local restaurants and within 0.5 miles of Homer Center for the Arts. Quiet Village appeal with easy access to Interstate 81 and Route 13. Being centrally located, Homer offers many options for a great getaway. Walking distance to downtown Homer that has locally owned restaurants and quaint shops. Short distance to Homer Center of Arts and SUNY Cortland. In close proximity to the Finger Lakes Region and Mountain ski areas for all season adventures. We are located directly behind a local beauty salon and next to a gas station with a Dunkin attached for added convenience. This is upstairs/downstairs apartment. In the upper level it has one main private bedroom with a queen size bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small sitting room area that has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses for additional sleeping. The kitchen and bathroom are in the upper level. The kitchen has access to a small porch balcony with stairs to the ground level. On the balcony is a small table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. A large living room downstairs, has queen size pull-out couch for additional sleeping as needed. A dining area and laundry is also there for your use. There is a total of 3 Roku TVs in the apartment. Access to WIFI is also available. The apartment has 2 attached garages that are not part of the rental and access is not permitted at this time. But otherwise, the whole apartment living area is available for use. Homer is a centrally located village that is approximately 30 minutes from Syracuse to the North, Binghamton to the South, Ithaca to the Southwest and Skaneateles to the West. Each of these areas are easily accessible from the apartment location. We stayed here 1 night during our sons college orientation. The place was clean, convenient, and perfect for us. The A/C was a little loud for me turning on and off all night but my husband didnt mind. We could walk to dinner (and ice cream), and there's coffee next door. Will definitely stay again!

There are only positives to this place. From the welcoming snacks to the polite and professional communication. We stayed here for a long weekend and were pleased with how cozy and inviting it was. We really enjoyed the 'memory book' where past guests wrote about their experience. This truly was a diamond in the rough and we will most definitely seek it out the next time we're in the area!

What a lovely property! Parking was easy, there is so much space downstairs, and there are plenty of extras in case you forget anything. The home is easily accessible with gas stations next door and super clean. Great for groups!

I would highly recommend this property. It was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Bob did a great job communicating all the property details before my arrival. It's just a 7 minute drive to SUNY Cortland. I will definitely stay here again.

The place was very comfortable and a fresh scent as soon as you enter. If you are skeptical about the location, don't be. The noise was minimal, and plenty of parking.Close to delicious restaurants, and Homer / Cortland shops. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We will hopefully stay there again!
