"The room was small and the soundproofing was a bit poor. The elevator was very old; it was the first time I'd ever seen an elevator where you had to open the door manually, which was a nice experience. The hotel was cheap, and the breakfast was just so-so. Anyway, for this price range, there were no surprises or shocks."

"Most likely the best hotel in Corum. A gorgeous hotel with a very good restaurant on the top floor. A beautiful reception and the rooms are lovely. But the rooms, as others have mentioned, were sooooo hot! Our room was 28 degrees upon arrival. And there was no AC in the hotel. The hall corridor was about 15 degrees cooler. :( We left our hotel room door open for as long as we could, but it was not a big help. The window only opened a crack, so there was no cross-breeze to clear out the heat. Although the staff were lovely, they did not speak English. We only had one towel in our double room, so this meant having to go down to the lobby since communication by phone did not work. The shower is in a tub (I hate this), so be forewarned. Since the room was so hot, we had to keep the window cracked open. This meant a lot of street noise - and the mosque is a bit too close and a bit too loud at a rather awkwardly early time in the morning...."
