Private property near Corumbá with food and tours included in the package. The rooms, restaurant and common area are beautiful and comfortable. Lots of animals present in the front yard. A sunset that is to die for it. Typical brazilian food. The lemon capirinha is the best!! Zinho was a great guide. I had the best time!

I had an amazing time here! I think the lodge offers the best quality and luxury for backpackers and other travellers. The vibe is great and they go beyond with their service. There is airconditioning and a swimming pool. I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, which means I got to do a lot of activities. My highlights were horseback riding, kayaking and the thrill of almost seeing a jaguar. Tip: do bring a full bottle of mosquito spray. In the Pantanal you'll need it.

What a place!! Absolutely loved my time here, activity packed 4 days and 3 nights. The staff are fantastic and the guides are excellent, really knowledgeable about the wildlife. Shout out to Paulo! He was superb! On our evening boat tour he found us a Jaguar only a couple of 100m from the lodge, just when we'd accepted we wouldn't see one. The quality and quantity of food was fantastic, you won't go hungry here!! I stayed in one of the shared dorms, nice and clean with great A/C and a porch for relaxing in behind gauze so the Mozzies can't get you! I arranged my trip with Pantanal Discovery, Gill was fantastic in responding to any issues on WhatsApp 56-67-99163-3518 and arranged a private transfer for me from the bus station and then to the airport on my departure at no extra cost, excellent service! 100% recommended staying here!

Me and my friend had the best time here! We stayed for 3 nights and did a range of activities including: boat rides, horse riding, kayaking, flotation in the pantanal, jeep safari, piranha fishing and jungle walk. Cannot fault the activities - they were all so much fun. The food was absolutely wonderful - we were extremely well fed for our visit. It would have been nice if the bar was open slightly later as it shut at 9 during our stay. Our room was also great. The bathroom did have some black mould but we didn’t find it to be that much of an issue. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly our guide Paulo. He was friendly, funny, and made sure we had the best possible experience. He even managed to find a leopard on one of our boat trips! He was a pleasure to meet and we would like to send him a huge thank you.

This was a fabulous experience with wonderful Guides. The trips down the river, the swimming, trek and horse riding was awesome. The food is scrumptious and plenty of choice. I would stay here forever . Calm, peaceful , nature ♥️🇬🇧🥾🐎🛶🌳🇧🇷😊 Thank you to all the Staff

After realising the owner has shamefully removed my previous review, I thought it important to share my experience staying here in March of this year. Please do not stay here. Myself and my friend had booked a stay at the Pantanal Jungle Lodge and on our second day were robbed by the staff. While we were out on a group activity (all residents at the lodge were out on the activity), I had all of my cash stolen from the security locker in my room (which I was assured would be protected and secure). At the same time, another mother and daughter in our group had also been robbed; someone had entered their room and robbed 600 euros in cash. The only people left on the premisses during the robbing were staff. Shocked and visibly upset, both myself and the other victims sought help from the owner. What we encountered was quite possibly the rudest, most aggressive woman who offered absolutely no reassurance to her 'customers' who were feeling extremely upset and vulnerable. She explained that we were unable to access the police station and that her staff members were most definitely 'not at fault'. With absolutely no effort to investigate or speak with staff members, and with the CCTV cameras randomly 'not working' we were at a loss. While the situation itself was horrific, even a small amount of friendliness or comfort from the owner would have gone a long way, but instead she was actively encouraging us to leave the lodge. For the remainder of our stay we encountered discouraging looks from staff members, and were told that if we continued to hassle the owner for some form of rectification, she would file a police report for 'harassment'. Taking advantage of three young tourists, making them feel unsafe and unwanted, and absolutely devastating the whole experience for us is not what we wanted when visiting this beautiful part of the world. I hope that any future guests think twice before booking this place, there are many better options... literally any.
