Hotel Parc

Employees seemed afraid to do anything wrong and always deflected responsibility lest they do the smallest thing. At the table they would always forget to put something, you had to remind them constantly. When you have a request, they strive to convince you that it is not a real problem; example: in one of the rooms the wall for the bathroom was, unbelievably, just a glass pane. It was blurred in the middle third, but you could still were able to see the other person dropping their pants and sitting on the toilet. And on the upper part, the light lighted up the entire room and would wake up the other person. They were very rude trying to explain to me that it is not a real problem. They never heard of "the customer is always right". They swapped us to a different room. The lady boos at the reception would pick up the phone and yield at her employees, terrorizing them. Once she served a guy who came after me, while I had been waiting for over 5 minutes. I repeatedly told her "But I was here first", but she completely IGNORED ME. When I was leaving, I had to pick up my suitcases from the locker room so I could leave. That lady ignored me. I was literally 40 cms in front of her, the counter in the middle. An employee came, and she told HER "Hadn't this man left already?", to which the other lady asks me what I wanted. What if I wanted to extend my stay? Is that the way to talk to a customer or a former customer? Actually, just two days earlier I stood in line at that very same desk to request exactelly that, an extra two days there. They make you feel horrible. I can't recommend this place. Avoid it. There are quite a few in the vicinity, they all offer the same kind of treatments.

The hotel is at the lower end of the 3-star range. A/C was good and the bed was pretty comfortable. Some staff were really friendly and helpful. Others scowled all the time and seemed to hate their jobs. Food was some of the worst I've had. Sometimes they didn't remember to put out essentials like glasses, water, butter, etc. Much of what they did
