Myself and my son stayed here April 9th 24. We had a lovely time although after reading the reviews we were dreading the holiday but pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean, towels and toilet rolls changed and replaced regular. Nice breakfast, pleasant staff. No complaints. Thank You for a lovely holiday.

Lovely hotel, would definitely come back. Food was good. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. We found most staff friendly and helpful. Such a great location, close to bars, shops and restaurants. We had a slight problem with our air conditioning (making a loud noise) when we arrived. They sent maintenance straight up and fixed it.

This hotel was excellent, beautifully maintained, warm pool, very clean, breakfast very good, infinity pool and Bar on roof top is amazing with friendly staff. I would totally recommend this hotel as the location is perfect and so close to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Bradley was very friendly and helpful and the staff on the whole were friendly. I would definitely return. I would however avoid this hotel if you have mobility issues as there were lots of steps.

Family holiday for a celebration This is not a good resort for anyone with a disability with walking ramps are very steep and there is a lot of steps so like my husband and me it was very hard to walk with a stick and pull our case there is only one lift that is in the reception that takes you to the sky bar reception staff not very helpful and very arrogant we booked gold plus room not true to picture shown in brochure so we will not be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending it

I’m at los Olivos resort now and I’m advising anyone over age 50 or anyone with any kind of disability don’t come! I’m here until April and the rooms are not what it looks like in the brochure! You get dropped off at the top of the hill and you have to walk down the hill to reception then you have to wait for a room and if like us we were at the top of the hill no lifts to help and when asked to move lower down the hill they will not move you even though you have heart problems! The food is not good we paid half board and we’re eating out And it’s in the next hotel so you have to walk down the hill to go through to the next building to get your food! I will give another review at the end of my stay

Our apartment was not bad, but it faced the road. On the road there was traffic and construction. When asked to be moved, the lobby kept saying tomorrow. Admitting though, the people in the lobby where nice. In particula a guy called Bradley. On the 6th day we demanding to speak to amanager. Then we were finally moved to a differrn room, but a one were there was something wrong with the sewer plumbing. So, we could choose between the smell or the noise. Couple of things are wrong, but I don’t wanna waste any more of my time writing about it . But I will never stay there again.

This was the second time we have stayed at Olivos. Our apartment was on the ground floor and was clean and modern. We were B&B basis, breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. The complex was very quiet, even though it was fully booked. It's really handy for shops, restaurants and the beach. Bradley on reception was very friendly and helpful, however another receptionist on our last day wasn't friendly at all! Excellent for a 3 star.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 8 years and always enjoyed our visits. This is our first time back since renovations were made. Hotel now lacks character and the staff are atrocious. Reception know nothing about what happens in the resort so cannot answer any query you may have. Housekeeping come into a 2 bedroom suite but only change or make up one bedroom. Clean towels left on bed . Total mayhem. Wasted a great hotel. Very poor.

Another brilliant stay at hotel. Bradley on reception made me so welcome and was so helpful. Had lovely solo studio, had 2 single beds and balcony. Food brilliant as usual and loved the grilled chicken and steak. Loved the sun terrace at sister hotel which was so relaxing. Weather was lovely and nice to have sunshine. Only problem I had was that studio was under sky bar and music was loud in studio and in corridor. Bradley on reception was brilliant and got bar to turn down music which helped. Felt Bradley was brilliant and took my concerns serious. Did not like to mention it but glad I did. Any problems go to reception. What not to like with hotel, location to promenade and to market.
