Me and my friend went to Florida Park Club in July just gone… and wow! We had so much fun. The hotel was quiet, and the lovely owner Daniel even supplied us a free bottle of wine and a coca and a beer! Amazing. You can extend your stay on your last day for 30 euro. However, the owner came in unannounced as we were in bed and shouted “WHERE IS THE 30 EURO”. A delicacy some may say but shocking to say the least. Clean rooms, amazing view. But be aware there is no air conditioning. So you will feel like a rotisserie chicken.

We have stayed here numerous times and cannot rate the Florida Park Club highly enough. If you want spotlessly clean comfortable accommodation with a wonderful peaceful terrace, poo andl an open aspect , these apartments are for you. They are barely five minutes from the Costa Adeje Bus station, albeit up a hill or the easier steps but located very centrally for everything. There is no reception or bar but Daniel ,the manager is always on hand. Children are not permitted but there are no facilities for them anyway . If you want music, karaoke and lots of facilities, this is not the place for you. If you want rest and relaxation at a very competitive rate, , you'll find it here..

Upon arrival Daniel greeted us and showed us to our lovely modern studio apartment which had free WiFi and a free safe also British TV... In addition Daniel had provided us with a gift of a bottle of wine, water, beer and a cola all at no extra cost... Yes the apartments are at the top of a hill but you can basically get anywhere in ten minutes walking(siam park, San eugenio, americas)tip is to get a taxi back for between €4/5..plenty of beds available around the pool anytime of the day...pool is cold but very refreshing after abit of sunbathing... We would have no issues in staying here again.

the given apartment needs to be renovated, the furniture is old, the bed is two cots, the bathroom leaked water, the accessories to be changed, the electrical system to be changed and cleaning no comment, low category structure

This is a well situated, affordable apartment. It's in a quiet area and Daniel is really helpful and friendly. The incline and lack of step-free access make it not as accessable as other places to stay. It was perfect for our requirements as a no-frills place to stay. Definately recommend if you are not overly fussy and just want a decent apartment.

Location is not that bad but Apartments is old and needed modernisation.room not very clean. Small insects on the floor.two single beds for a couple not very comfortable i would say. Room cleaner comes one time in 15 days.only clean towels in every 3days .no laundry service.not quite in the morning .Old people around swimming pool every day. there are better placed for the same money.

Наш прекрасный отдых на Тенерифе в замечательном отеле! Отдыхали с мужем в начале апреля 2025 года. Бронировали на Букинг, всё абсолютно прозрачно, никаких дополнительных выплат, сумма сразу обозначена. Хозяин очень расположен к диалогу, сразу был на связи, всё вопросы решались даже до того, как мы могли подумать! За несколько дней до приезда нам были отправлены подробные инструкции по расположению , ключами от апартаментов, всё решалось дистанционного, со всем уважением к нашему отдыху. Даниэль по приезду оказался прекрасным , душевным человеком, который всегда был занят лучшими условиями для отдыха. И отель превзошел наши ожидания - чистота изумительная! В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для длительного отдыха и для более короткого. Кухня полностью укомплектована - холодильник, электрическая плита, тостер, чайник. Вся посуда в идеальном состоянии, из одного набора, тарелки и бокалы всех видов, чашки для чая и кофе, все собрано с уважением и вниманием к отдыхающим. В большой комнате есть всё необходимое - кровать с ароматным чистым бельем, покрывала, стол для обеда, маленький столик, диван, стулья , зеркало и удобное рабочее место для компьютера с креслом. Вместительный шкаф , вешалки. Весь интерьер продуман и очень удобный, в колониальном стиле. Большой балкон, стол и стулья на балконе, сушка для белья. Санузел совместный, но достаточно большой и блестит от чистоты. Есть инвентарь для самостоятельной уборки, моющее средство для посуды, губка для Также есть телевизор , каналов достаточно, вай фай отличный. В общем, всё абсолютно идеально продумано для наилучшего отдыха! Вид с балкона в разных номерах видимо разный, у нас выходил на Сиам парк, очень красиво и радует глаз обилием зелени. Отель расположен недалеко от центрального автовокзала Коста Адехе, недалеко от госпиталя, до магазинов также минут 10 ходьбы. До нескольких пляжей ( на выбор) мы ходили с мужем около 10-12 минут неспешным шагом, прогулки это отдельное удовольствие! Отель без маленьких детей и животных, кому это важно, оценят тишину и спокойствие. Единственное, что нужно учесть, уже на подходе к отелю есть небольшой подъём , метров 50, но для нас это был способ добавить хорошей ходьбы в наше расписание. Бассейн и лежаки есть, бассейн в идеальном состоянии, вода меняется, есть зоны для совместного отдыха. Спасибо огромное Даниэлю, всё предусмотрел, за порядком следит каждый день, видели его за выполнением дел в течение дня. Очень приятно было познакомиться! Наши желания полностью выполнены с отдыхом в отеле Florida park club. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз и всем друзьям советуем.

Struttura un po' datata ma tenuta molto bene dal presente ma mai invadente Daniel. Camere ampie così come il bagno,noi avevamo anche un piccolo balcone molto comodo per fare un aperitivo. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione bus,e a 10 dal lungo mare dove c'è veramente tutto. L unica pecca è che devi fare una bella salita tutte le volte per arrivare,ma si è in vacanza e va bene così,per gli anziani non lo consiglierei senza un mezzo di trasporto. Bravo Daniel
