I chose a semi-sea view room, and the front desk chose the corner for me. I looked from the balcony and found that many rooms were not fully occupied, and the kettle was dirty and full of ants.
However, it is very suitable for a family trip, with a children's swimming pool, breakfast and dinner are very delicious, the restaurant has two restaurants inside and outside, and the afternoon tea area next to the swimming pool is also very good. Overall, it is very good.

Visited numerous times. Great location, clean, good food especially Krystal restaurant - make sure you book! Would be a 5* rating but they need to look at quiet zones both outdoor and rooms. Noisy neighbours, endless loud telephone conversations on the sun beds! Would expect free safe and daily water in room. Some staff perhaps not as joyous as usual. Cleaners were exceptional as usual though. We will be back.

Have just returned from 10 days in the Palace. This was our 5th visit and unfortunately standards have slipped somewhat. The food was not to same standard as in previous years with repetition and cool meals were a regular feature. Room 502 avoid at all costs very noisy from constant deliveries to the hotel. The saving grace for the hotel is the staff (although reduced in numbers) who are excellent particularly the bar staff and in particular Laura at the pool bar! Overall a pleasant stay but menus and food preparation need urgent attention.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our recent holiday. Particularly the RIU Palace Hotel : Our room was modern and clean. Housekeeping was really good. Food and choice was great and the friendliness/helpfulness of all staff made us feel very welcome. Entertainment was provided every evening and was very enjoyable. Pools and grounds were clean and well kept. Thanks to the management who obviously work hard to provide such a good experience.

Overall super staff. Especially Niya and Anna in pool and bar area. All staff look really happy and always want to please. The only thing I would like to see change are the Sunbed towels and room towels

Excellent hotel and service, would definitely return. Only critique would be ants in the bathroom along the basin and by the fridge/coffee making area in the room, just needs a bit of maintenance. Everything else was brilliant and staff were really friendly.
