I am giving my jonest review based on my experience. I would not recommend this place and would never go back even if it was free. We booked all inclusive as it was the cheapest option in the hotel for some strange reason with Easyjet holidays so looked to be a no brainer. Walking into the hotel, we should have known. I know its a 3 star and we booked last minute as a late get away but I wish we had looked elsewhere as this is hands down the most pathetic, tired and nasty place I've ever stayed in. You have to use your room key to open the door into the lobby and there is a security man. The lobby was so tired and grubby. Our check in was quick, no deposit, just photographs of our passports. Then told the room number, no pleasantries and no information given. The walk to the room was interesting in the dark, the place wasnt well lit until you find the light switches and there were cockroaches on the ground. I suppose insects are all over but I've never been to a resort (lol thats what our wrist band said) before where I saw them. When we opened the door to our room, we both burst out laughing. It was dark, and so basic. No pictures, no lamps, curtains that looked like I'll fitting blankets pinned up over the windows and really really old furniture. No soap, no tv controller, you had to pay 10 euro but they didn't tell you. The 2 beds were singles pushed together and the cover was 1 sheet nothing else and both like skateboards, on wheels that moved with every minor movement. The sheets were threadbare and had some small holes but seemed washed. The bathroom had no soap, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels but thank goodness we had brought our own towels and we only used the hotel ones to stand on. No exaggerating but the towels were holy and stained. The shower was over the bath and there was no holder to hold the shower head when you were using it and a grubby shower curtain on a pole that was badly fitted so it made the shower space in the bath about a foot and a half wide. Water pressure was pitiful and we didn't have loads so had to be quick. Tiles were surrounded with grey and mouldy grout and silicone and the mirror above the sink was corroded badly There was a kitchen with cooker etc. One of the cupboards had been broken and roughly glued back together. Apart from that the kitchen was OK. The balcony had a table and chairs with a nice view of the pool. That made sure you could see all the black marks and missing tiles. Not one or 2 but all round the pool the edging was cracked and the mosaic tiles missing. This would have been very hazardous with bare feet. Round the pool there were sun loungers, all dirty and saggy and fixed with no option to change position. The whole pool area was just run down. There were broken railings over the pool bridge that were fixed with duct tape and it all just looks worn out. Food was absolutely grim. Breakfast was the only thing we had. Toast and jam was fine with the cold slices meat. But the food that w
