I have been going in Laguna 1. For lots of years. Francesca On reception. & also small girl in afteroon. Absolutely went above & beyond to help me. Very appreciated. Rooms are lovely & refurbished. Just need a small table at side of bed For clock etc Beds around pool are very uncomfortable. Dig in your back. Need new ones. Especially as I paid £100 per night , unfortunately the food could do with more variety not enough of vegetables. & chicken two nights as I was half board Not enough potatoes sick of chips. But overall I do like this accommodation.

Bitten During My Stay – Unfriendly, Rude Staff Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be a nightmare. During my stay, I was bitten multiple times, which I initially assumed were mosquito bites or a skin reaction. Only after returning home and speaking with a doctor did I realize they were likely bed bug bites. Absolutely unacceptable. While I didn’t report the bites during the stay, I can say that the overall atmosphere was unfriendly and dismissive. Staff were consistently cold, rude, and made me feel like a nuisance rather than a guest. Even basic interactions felt uncomfortable. There was no warmth or willingness to help, just attitude and irritation. After everything, I left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. This place clearly lacks basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. I would not stay here again—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was a good size and we have 2 rooms next to each other. Food was ok but not worth the money we paid for our stay. All inclusive is not true it closes at 2230 then you have to pay only food included was the buffet which was all processed nothing cooked or made from scratch, fruit was all tinned in syrup and fresh fruit tasted of nothing breakfast was the best meal of the day. Snack only ones available was toasties, hotdogs, chicken nuggets, but or a burger all with chips you have to pay for pizzas, crisp and ice creams as not included in the all inclusive. Drinks on tap when they worked mostly flat coke or water coming out of the machines. Pool area was good and pool is a good size downside was that all sunbeds was gone by 6am people putting towels out from 0030 to 6am. We are a family of 6 all 4 of my children are SEN the situation around the pool was discrimination. The sunbed are awful you can only lay or sit and lean foward so unpractical when you are keeping an eye on your children that's when you actually get a sunbed. Rooms was clean but when cleaning they don't think of where people area walking my daughter slipped over and so did I no signs out for slippery floors. Cleaners had cleaned our room and reentered hours layer while my husband was in the bathroom. Beds was uncomfortable if you moved the bed moved with you and made alot of noise. No TV remotes in either apartment bathroom door didn't lock in one of them and in the other it locked when upu didn't lock it. Pool need attention tiles falling off looks nothing like the photos on the booking. Alot of work is needed for this hotel it's more of a 1-2* property we would never stay again!!!!!

Staff where great and always very helpful. Pool is a great size and brilliant for the kids. Food decent enough for a 3 star hotel we ate in every day. Rooms a great size but some with no air con and just free standing fans, probably the reason I wouldn't return. Entertainment, well there wasn't any ...the nights they had anything on we never went as the Entertainment room is an absolute sweat box. Pool bar closed early which was also a big black mark for me. Overall we had an absolutely fantastic week with the family but probably wouldn't return

Strengths from 10-1. 10. The staff, very friendly and patient with my son who is autistic. Antionette who operated the pool bar was just lovely, she made my sons stay pleasurable. The dining staff and reception staff were all super friendly and helpful when we needed something. Cleaners also 10/10. 9. Beds and towels changed every 2 days, but no pool towels at this hotel. 8. Food- nice variety and clean dining room, but too small for the busy season- so sometimes we had to que to get a table. Fabulous pool snack bar, but pizza, crisps, slushies and ice creams are not part of the all inclusive package. However the shop that is next to the hotel sells all that- cheaper than the hotel. 7. Drinks- 1 choice of all inclusive cocktail each day, but good choice of spirits, fruit juices and fizzy pops. Coffee machine available. 6. Pool- needs a spruce up, missing tiles, but water clean. Pool side is cleaned every morning and evening. Water features no longer work, but this didn’t stop the kids having fun. Lots of inflatables for the kids to use, they do not allow lilo beds, only doughnut type. Beware- the path around the pool is scorching hot in the sun, you will need sliders! 5. Surroundings- bland. Can see the mount, but the hotel Is on a busy street right opposite a swingers club (gave that one a miss). 4. Apartment, spacious and bathroom clean, however, no air con is a killer. Ceiling fans made no difference. We knew there was no air con- so we can’t really moan. Fridge great, balcony great, however family above us flicked their ash over onto our towels. 3. Lifeguards- only one any good, older guy that actually kept eye on kids, the young fella and young girl were as useful as a chocolate teapot. Looking on their phones and paying absolutely no attention what so ever. I saw some kids bullying an autistic lad. 2. Entertainment. Feel sorry for the one man show. The same guy does 6/7 days and nights, same kids disco, karaoke and 2 nights of snake show (creepy AF snake man, the snakes were not creepy), and a parrot shoe. Entertainment room like phoenix nights, absolutely boiling and aged. No daytime entertainment at all. 1. General building- needs modernizing and revamping/rebranding. Looks messy. Compared to other 3 star in the area, this one is more like 2 star overall. But cannot fault the staff. We had 14 nights there, made the most of our holiday, but wouldn’t chose to go back to this hotel. Costa Adeje is gorgeous

Great hotel, staff really friendly, espy all in the restaurant. The accommodation we stayed in was very nice and clean, the fan for air conditioning came in very handy, small tip put them on reverse for a cooling breeze. The food was better than expected as it had a few not so great reviews, but we found it tasty and filling. The pool area is really clean and tidy and plenty of sun beds .

Don’t believe the bad reviews .. we had a fantastic family holiday! Before arriving, I’ll admit I’d scared myself reading some of the negative reviews… but then I reminded myself that people usually only leave reviews when they’re upset. I’m so glad we didn’t let that put us off! We stayed for 5 nights all-inclusive as a family and had an amazing time. We were in the apartments, which felt like a little flat spacious, clean, and perfect for a young child who likes to explore! Housekeeping came every two days, which was a huge help. The staff were absolutely incredible friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond. The food had a great variety, and the snack bar (with burgers, hot dogs, BLTs, etc.) was a huge hit with my kids. They always found something they liked! One thing that did upset me was hearing other guests being rude and bad-mouthing the resort in front of staff which I found completely unnecessary and unfair in my opinion. We couldn’t fault the service, the food, the pool, or the resort itself but some people seem to want to be waited on hand and foot The location was perfect: an 8-minute walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a chemist right on the doorstep, ideal if you’re a bit fussy with food or want to eat out now and then. Entertainment was fab! we especially loved the snake and bird shows. The main entertainer was brilliant, always full of energy and making sure everyone had a great time. And the views! I could see both the ocean and Mount Teide from our balcony which was absolutely breathtaking and such a highlight for me. If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway, I definitely recommend this resort. We’ll absolutely be back! Please don’t let the bad reviews put you off! take the chance and book it

A Lack of Hospitality Ruined Our Vacation It’s rare to feel so unwelcome at a hotel, but that’s exactly what happened. Staff interactions were tense, and even simple questions were met with eye-rolls or visible irritation. Our children were scolded during meals for simply acting like normal kids, which made dining stressful. The food was repetitive and uninspired—breakfast never changed, and dinner lacked variety. The plastic wristband rule was enforced rigidly, even though it caused skin irritation. What made it even more absurd was that restaurant staff still asked for our room number despite us wearing the bands. At the pool bar, everything was priced individually and they refused to serve anything if you didn’t have the bracelet clearly visible. Management’s complete lack of involvement made an already poor experience even worse. Not worth the money or the stress.
