For a three star hotel it’s value for money. Our only criticism was the original room we were allocated. It was on level three and smelt jump but after asking to be moved, we were moved to a much better room which we were satisfied with. Thank you Daniel and reception staff. The food in the hotel is very good. There’s lots of variety food to sue everybody’s palette The drinks are ok, but if you want a decent cocktail you have to pay. Staff around all the bars work hard especially Nancy. The pool is nice however, you have to put your towels on the sunbeds early morning, because it gets very busy. The hotel is situated not too far from the beach where there are plenty of shops and cafés and bars all reasonably priced. The beach was a good experience. Also it’s €6 per bed including the umbrella overall good value for money.

This was our third time at villa adeje beach hotel . An absolute pleasure to stay here again. When booking this hotel your booking for a budget break in an ideal location that you know is going to be very clean . The Room we were fortunate this time to be on the upper level with not only a pool view but an ocean view (well all adeje really ) Yes 3* but we thought we were in the penthouse lol Room very clean Maids looked after us In fact all the hotel staff were great and you had to dodge round all the cleaners Food well it is 3* sometimes it could have been warmer but there again most salads are served cold The mexican themed night was great We only ate out one night with friends from the island Entertainment was okay too the DJ/compare was always looking to get everyone involved We won the bingo a couple of times The pool was slightly cold and I only ventured in with the aqua bike aerobics I will say again this is a 3* hotel and it doesn't try to be anything more don't complain if you want better see you holiday rep and get your money out and upgrade to a more expensive hotel I will return at our earliest opportunity Thankyou villa adeje

We returned home last night after spending a week here with my sister & brother in law on our first holiday in Tenerife. My sister requested high floor rooms. Check in was first class with a very warm welcome, our rooms were on 7th floor 704 & 714 & were spotless, very spacious & cleaned etc every day apart from Sunday & a lovely balcony. We paid €15 deposit for remote control for TV & received it back on check out. My sister & brother in law also hired TV remote, kettle & Air con & received all their deposits back on check out.At reception I also requested extra pillows & a slip mat for the shower & they were delivered very promptly, nothing was ever any problem. We very much enjoyed the variety of food & drinks on offer for All inclusive. We had a few drinks in bars next to the hotel, very reasonable prices indeed & also ate down at a beach bar restaurant one afternoon, excellent value for money. The weather was amazing too, always managed to get 4 sunbeds together. Met some lovely people Bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants are a few mins walk from the hotel & the beach is within easy walking distance down a pathway where there is a lift if you don't want to do the steps. Thank you for a lovely holiday ❤️

We just come back from a short break at the hotel Villa de Adeje beach in Tenerife. I will try to keep this short with dos and don’ts. Villa de Adeje it’s not very bad hotel it’s in a good position with lovely views from the 4th floor and above and 5 minutes’ walk to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants around. I go direct to the rooms most if not all rooms have kitchen living and bed room all separate but we coming to the don’ts now who I find it not so good as you have to pay extra money first you have to pay for TV if you got kids or you want to watch some news absolutely disgusting this is the first time in my life on holidays the hotel charge for tv. Second you got kitchen but you have to pay for kettle it refundable by the end of your holidays, third you pay for safe fair enough every hotel charge for safe and last the most important you have to pay for WIFI or make sure you have enough DATA to use your phone as I never ask the prices the reception recommend to use your data. Go back to facilities the hotel is clean reception was good restaurant only one serving good breakfast ok lunch and ok diner don’t expect 4- or 5-star service, there is one bar by the pool serving drinks and snacks drinks only sangria is taste and beer everything else don’t bother is tasteless there are 2 pools and one for kids and to be honest I don’t like to think in the summer you been fighting for beds and you are on top of each other. 2 more thinks they make this hotel bad to my opinion there are no outside facilities to the restaurant or the mane bar to sit outside and have your food or your drink not ever smokers’ facilities. We were there Christmas time and I can say the Christmas night was very good the only day we have lovely time, the hotel provide entertainment every night some is good some is bad the bad one is all the singers they fail on BGT try to make it in Tenerife. This is my review for the Villa de Adeje beach, are we going back to this hotel no never very disappointment in many ways please feel free to ask any questions and we can’t wait till our next holiday to lovely Greece as I know where we are going and I do know we are going to have a fab time. PS beds are very comfy but pillows my neck still hurts

Was really dreading staying here after reading the reviews, but it was really nice. On arriving we were given a low floor room! It was bit gray, so we were moved 3 days later to a high floor. The rooms are dated but clean & it is a 3 star so you get what you pay for. We got clean towels & our beds made every day. Food = breakfast! Everything you you need from cereal, fresh bread, yogurt to a full English. Lunch = we just had salad Evening meal = we only ate here once has we like yo eat out, but plenty of choice

Again we have had a great time on Tenerife in this hotel on our second visit. We were given a room on the same floor as we asked for it which also made the holiday . The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location of this hotel is great as we have knee/ back problems. All the staff are very friendly and some remembered us from last October. They are eager to help and any little issues we had were quickly resolved . This time, being there for a longer period, we found the breakfast and lunches were great but the evening meal was quite repetitive although cooked well. The steaks and Chicken that were cooked fresh on the grill were often over done but some guests like it that way. The desserts need a variation of texture all are too soft including the ice cream. But we still ate too much! On Wednesday 22 January the young lady chef cooked the steaks perfectly for us, just past rare. So thankyou again to her and her lovely smile . The drinks were still as good with plenty of choice and the real Coke and Sprite is a nice touch. As is having tea/coffee available with all meals not just at breakfast. Also free bottled water available throughout the day is a real boon. The bedroom walls could do with a new coat of paint but the clean white bedding was excellent. The thin, brand new, duvets were great and again we got the the mattress toppers. Although the pillow's do need replacing for better ones but we had extra and mostly slept very well. We only have two serious issues. 1. The whole floor in our room was dirty and dusty when we first went in the room. We do realise that having the doors open brings in fine dust and sand but not fluff and hair from the previous guests. 2. Whilst this time the entertainment much better, the not very good, speaker that faces towards the back of the lounge seating area is louder than if you're sat in the bar area watching the singers etc. A lot of Guests sit in that lounge area near the bar entrance, away from the stage, to talk to and socialize, but the noise from that one speaker made it impossible to hear each other talking. Quite a few stuck their fingers in their ears. I did suggest to one of the receptionist that it needed it's wires cutting as the volume from the entertainment area can still be heard without that speaker. Hopefully on our next visit it will have been removed. Because we will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel. We didn't see the chicken man this time and we were looking forward to his voice and funny moves. So maybe next time, unless he's moved on ?. Thankyou again to all the staff who work long hours. They give their all and always make every guest feel at ease and push the chairs back that some guests leave away from tables without the slightest a frown. Even if it's their first week in their first job. Good luck Samuel.

Arrived 30.12.24 for one wk . Upon arrival the entrance looked lovely and we were greeted by the reception staff with a very warm friendly welcome . The room we were allocated was attached to the pool side bar . The room was very dated and looked tired and would describe this as a one bedroom apartment due to the facilities . The main bar area was fine lots of seating areas and comfortable . Entertainment most nights and was ok . The food was good not a lot of choice apart from New Year’s Eve as this was fabulous but what was on offer was good food and very tasty . The eating area was clean. Location is good not too many hills and lots of shops bars eating places around the hotel . The worst thing about this hotel is the pool area . It looks very depressing and does not give you the uplifting feeling that you are on holiday . The floor is covered in artificial grass which reminded me of a cheap Christmas tree it was dreadful . Plus there are big concrete pillars everywhere . Which I feel would look better classed in mirrors with wrap around bar table and stools . The pool area also looked very tired . The best thing about this hotel is the staff , location and food . Room 411 had the most amazing view of the sea and a sunset every evening as good as Santorini but without the crowds . Loved loved that view . We didn’t pay a lot for the holiday and if this hotel was renovated it would be amazing because of the location , views and food . Big thank you to the staff who made us so welcome .
