Hotel is clean, room cleaning staff were excellent and checked-in/out was fast and efficient. We were bed and breakfast and tended to down for breakfast late to miss the hoards of people between 7-9am. One of the biggest disappointments were the hotel restaurants. The a’la’ carte restaurant was a big let down in terms of food quality. I had filet steak which was tougher than old boots! Chef apologized but still it was very poor. The teppenyaki restaurant was over priced for what you ate and entertainment value from the chef was nothing but poor. You are better off going across the road to the Ichiban which is a real Teppenyaki restaurant and 10x better wrt to the food and entertainment value. As many people have mentioned, you need to pay on-top for all incidentals such as a kettle for the room, a room safe, pool towels, pool tables, and ATM withdrawals. However, the cashless wrist band is very practical for paying at the bars and gaining room access. At the pool we still found many sunbeds with towels placed on them but no show from the individuals responsible. Very annoying to be honest. All pools were well maintained and clean. Outside the hotel and literally across the road you have the Jade Stone and Gengis Khan restaurants. Both are top class and good value for money. To summarize, the H10 is a good hotel for bed and breakfast. I would not pay more for full board nor the Privilege package.
