Two weeks stay for our anniversary. The hotel and grounds are lovely, well maintained and very clean. The kids pools are heated and very clean. The two main pools are fantastic, although a little chilly at this time of year. The adult only infinity pool is heated and delightful, we wasted many an hour here. There is also an indoor pool which we did not use. The staff across the board have been excellent, really friendly and really helpful. We had a standard room which looked over the garden area, the rooms are nice and clean with plenty of space. The balcony is area is also lovely, we had many a night playing card games as a family. The room is cleaned daily or on request and they do a good job, with the bed well made and fresh towels. The drinks on offer are excellent, brand named beers and nice wines. The food is where it falls down a bit Breakfast = 7.5/10 Lunch main area = 6/10 Lunch Pool bar = 9/10 Dinner = 7/10 Kids offering is limited, first time we have been to an all inclusive where there was not a dedicated kids offering. I do like how you can get a packet of crisps or some nuts as a bit of a snack. The kids club is good, our daughter enjoyed it and went back a few times. The gym is adequate for those who casual gym users like myself, but if you are seriously into it, then you will be disappointed. The WiFi has great coverage, all over the hotel and grounds but the speed is poor, I barley got 2mb which was just about enough for most things. The hotel backs onto a lovely walking path which allows you get to get out and about, see the sun rise from a great vista and get to some great beaches both black and golden sand. We still have three days of our holiday left, but we would 100% come back.
