The only word that really captures our experience at this hotel is mediocre. Not even “okay”. We came away as a dad and daughter for 7 days for a break and to relax, and left feeling no different then we came. The staff knew little to no English and we had to use google translate to ask for basic things. The rooms were okay, nicely presented leading you to think that the hotel itself was clean; there is so much renovation that’s needed to happen to this hotel. Aircon barely works and isn’t powerful at all, The safe costs £3 per DAY, and you only get what’s in the mini fridge and anything else in there costs money. We booked all inclusive and had to pay for silly extras like branded ice creams, and fresh pool towels. The food is really why I felt the need to write this review in the first place to be honest, the buffet isn’t bad I wouldn’t say I would eat there out of choice but it’s got a good variety for all eaters. You get 2 free meals included in your package at their “fancy” restaurants, The restaurant we chose “la tosca” is quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever eaten, staff there were nice and friendly just didn’t understand much English which was a struggle with someone that had dietary requirements. Starters were horrendous, most of the food in the starters are food from the buffet, mains were oily and inedible. Not withstanding, we were one of only 4 tables that were occupied in the entries restaurant. Entertainment was horrific , would probably make butlins look like a 5 star plus resort. For the amount of money we paid for 7 days all inclusive, we did expect something ENTIRELY different. My father found the gym something similar to his setup in our garage, the absolute basics. There are limited plug sockets and only 1 by the bed which for more than one person staying, isn’t ideal at all. The WiFi is awful and doesn’t properly work. All things considered, not only would we not come back, we couldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody at it stands.
