Beautiful hotel, enjoying my stay as always, this is my 4th visit and booked 5th already. Hotel is big, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Food is good. Nice and cosy pull area. Close to the nice sandy beach. Rooms are big and cosy, with big balconies and beautiful views. Rooms are clean, comfy beds, selection of pillows. Can’t wait to come back

From the minute you walk through the front doors the feeling of total relaxation hits you, the staff are always so happy to see you and from that first welcome drink the holiday starts. The bar is fully stocked with a wide choice of drinks, the outdoor pool is cold but very much appreciated in the warm weather! The indoor pool is warmer and lovely to float around in. The Despacio spa centre provides the most fantastic massages! The food is varied every day and there is entertainment in both bars nightly. The animation team has something going on during the day be it aqua aerobics or bowls! A great hotel in a great beachfront location. Remote but perfect, just great.

H10 Esmeralda, Costa carma, Fuerteventura The hotel is in the south of the island and outside of the hotel is minimalist other than the rocky terrain and few beaches. The hotel was well decorated for christmas and the rooms cleaned each day. The first day we arrived the weather was really windy and it wasn't that warm, everyone had jumpers or coats on. Otherwise it was Generally sunny with a few clouds and about 18' to 21' degrees during the day and chilly at night. The hotel is built on a hill, so expect a lot of stairs. The lifts in the main building were in constant use, so it's sometimes easy to take the stairs. It's not very DDA compliant. Our 75 yr old mother in law hurt her leg and had to get a wheelchair to get around for a couple of days, but the hotel weren't going to give it to us due to only been for emergency use only, I had to beg to use it. There's lots of steep slopes and stairs. The Pool wasn't heated and very very cold, not many people ventured in. The main buffet had a mixture of foods for the different nations taying at the hotel ( German's) but didn't have a great selection. I found some food undercooked on a few occasions. The Pool bar was busy during the day and you didn't have to wait to long to get a drink. The wrist bands didn't always work, but wasn't an issue. We paid for the Privilege package which gives us access to the Privilege restaurant, Le Jabel and the Italian restaurant Stomboli when ever we wanted. There was a small lounge which only the Privilege members could access for a few dricks or nibbles. Generally all the staff were brilliant, but one of the pool bar waitresses lost her temper with me because I order 6 drinks for our group. She must of been working all day. We couldn't have a coffee and she said its closed and she basically threw my Mojito which she didn't finish making on the counter. It spoilt the remaining of the evening making me feel guilty. If you don't mind sitting by the pool drinking and not having a swim and no interesting places to go to this is a relaxing hotel. We missed our transfer back and had to pay €90.00 for a taxi

We have just returned from a 7 day all inclusive stay at the hotel. Check in was good, our room was not ready so we headed off for lunch. The room was spacious, clean and in a nice quiet spot. We were very disappointed to see construction work being carried out around the pool, we were not told in advance by Tui and decided to wait and see how it affected our holiday before raising it with Tui direct. Saturday and Sunday were fine, no work…….Monday arrived and our peaceful relaxing family holiday changed. We found a spot around the pool, now you can only access the pool from certain areas as the flooring around the pool is being dug up and replaced. Barriers have been erected on all bridges and areas around the pool are not accessible. Out came the kango and the work men started to dig up the concrete, then came the angle grinder to cut the tiles, then came the opening of bags of concrete with the clouds of dust wafting over the pool. Next came the dumper truck, it came across the pool area to go pick up bags of concrete! We contacted Tui who advised that they had spoken to the hotel and that the only work left to do was 2 days of painting! I assured them this was not the case and they then referred us to the rep. We went to see the rep who said that Tui were told by the hotel work would be finished by the 20th, clearly this was not the case. We were told to come back the day before we left and if work was still not finished compensation would be paid. Communication between the hotel and the travel company seems to be lacking and inaccurate. Onto the hotel itself, the food was ok, very average. The staff are great but the hotel does seem to be understaffed as service can be slow but they are trying really hard to cope. The hotel is really clean and all areas are really well looked after. The one thing that really stood out for us was the entertainment staff, Wajid was amazing, he got us all involved, our family took part in many of the activities, he knew our names, he came and found us to ask if we wanted to join in, he was very visible and really did make a huge effort, he quite clearly loves his job and he is a credit to this hotel, thank you! If you are due to visit soon, check first that the work is finished, especially if you like to relax around the pool. We did try to escape to the furthest area away from the work but so did everyone else!
