You can book this hotel on many websites / apps. Don't do this, the hotel has been closed and it looks like a ruined building. Doors and windows are broken. You can read about the closure on their own site. I don't know who is responsible for this booking mistake. The "hotel" or the webportals.

Excellent food. Simply delicious ! Beats the cheap , nasty restaurants on the seafront . Excellent service Excellent wine choice Wide discerning menu For a discerning traveller . Tasteful ambience and lovely decor .

It’s not just a building site it’s a shell, builders walked out as not getting paid and owners have vanished. We stayed pre covid and it was very pleasant, booked again only to be moved to Alondras park which was disgusting, cockroaches and dated. Avoid..

We have been regular visitors to the Marino Tenerife for 10 years prior to COVID. During covid the hotel began extensive building works which, when we went to stay in the area in August 2022, had completely stopped leaving the hotel rooms with no patio doors or windows, and the whole building unsecure. There have always been privately owned apartments there, and some people are still living there but we spoke to one of them who said the electricity had been turned off (he had a generator) and he had been told they had run out of money for the works. We have kept an eye on the bookings for this hotel and they keep changing the dates you are able to book from; however when we were there this summer in August, in April 2022 it had said it would be open in August 2022. I don’t think they have any idea when or how it will open. If you are tempted to book and noone has posted a review to say they have actually stayed here since August 2022 please try to do your own research before booking. Costa del Silencio is not like Los Christianos or Adeje - there are not hundred of hotels a company could move you to so it could end up being a really uncertain time if you booked and then couldn’t stay there. It was once a really nice place to stay, I really hope it will be again someday but there is a long way to go and currently nothing is happening.

This hotel is a complete wreck at the moment totally blitzed Due supposedly to reopen in October 22 But looks totally derelict Why are websites still advertising it We walked past every day and no sign of any work Ongoing. !!

We know the place weel - we spent many nice holidays there! Then, due to the Covid, the country and the site got locked down. Then, we booked for 2021, and our reservation got cancelled, due to "renovation". We then rebooked for 2022, and our reservation got cancelled again, with a promise that it would reopen latest end of 2022. In Automn 2022, we travelled nearby and visited the place. And we found a place closed, in an extremely bad shape: no doors, no windows, etc... adrien (.brigandi) gmx (dot com) for more details, including photos. The area is still beautifull, quiet and the shops and restaurants nearby , and in Las Galletas are still open and still have a lot to offer. We definitely recommend the area, and will get back there.

See their own website. A the EN version of TripAdvisor. It says temporarely closed. We booked the hotel and arrived at a ruin with broken windows and doors. The building is squatted. There is no question of renovation (yet). We were warned through the EN tripadvisor version. I'm already making the 21st attempt to warn NL customers and that won't work. "your review will not be published". The Tripadvisor suggestion use "improve notification" does not work, "send" does not work. I want to spare other travelers this misery.

I am also a co-owner at Club Marina and I have not had any news either since 2021. I also paid the charges so that I could not go there I tried to contact them on 3 different email addresses and my emails are income. A friend recently took pictures of the hotel, it is as if there had been an earthquake!! The last email from them is dated December 30, 2021 and there was talk of a reopening in March 2022. I have not been there in 2022=!!! When trying to book on travel sites, no dates are available. I don't know what to do either...
