We spent only 2 nights at an absolutely fantastic price in an excellently sized three-room apartment on the ground floor, 2 steps from the swimming pool and with convenient parking. The negative note is the wild boars in the garden which don't let you experience the outdoor area, not out of fear but because they do their business and are constantly looking for food, therefore not very pleasant (but they are very cute). As many have already said, dirty mattresses, dirty sofa, dirty blankets, dirty hairdryer, few kitchen accessories, no garbage bag, no sponge, just a broom and a mop but I repeat for 2 nights and for what we paid it's fine, we're there just went to sleep. We requested a late check-out which was not granted to us (we can also stay there), so we asked if they could keep our bags at reception but this request was also not accepted due to "lack of space" (here I am thinking more of lack of professionalism). The place is surrounded by nature, far from everyone and everything but that's the beauty of Costa Paradiso, if you want everything at your fingertips go to another location.

We stayed in this "resort" for a week, believing we would spend a pleasant holiday of relaxation and tranquility. But as they say, appearances are sometimes deceiving. The kitchen utensils were very scarce: a couple of (ruined) pots, only one dinner plate and only one spoon for 2 people. Lots of dirt along the roads and ecological islands left abandoned. Resort rejected and not recommended to anyone.

We had booked Villa Paradiso 898 (detached house with pool and 4 bedrooms) in the complex on the Costa Paradiso for two weeks in August 2023. Booking via Sardegnatravel.de was uncomplicated and without problems. On site, however, there were some inconveniences with the operator "Gravina Resort". The house and the furnishings are already clearly showing their age. Some of the furniture is broken or already very worn. We found a completely sagging sofa bed (dirty) particularly unreasonable, as the only other seating in the living/dining room was chairs. Luckily there were only 8 of us and no one had to sleep on this couch - it would have been impossible. Otherwise there were broken window panes - cracks, dishwasher could not be opened properly, kitchen base fell apart, bedside lamps partly broken, no sun protection in the garden - umbrella etc. etc. Due to heavy rainfall, we had a very heavy water ingress in the living room area. This is of course an act of God, but the employees of "Gravina Resort" were not very helpful. We had to listen to statements like: "that's just how it is", "there's nothing we can do" or "we're not sending a cleaner because it's going to rain in the next few days anyway". We were supported by "Sardegnatravel" here, so that we finally got help on site. All in all, this complex/house in its current state is definitely not recommended.

After an hour they gave us another apartment which was also uninhabitable due to the dust, the cables of the appliances stuck with insulating tape, the stove which didn't even turn on with the uncertainty that there was a gas leak. From there we asked for a refund of which they only gave us the tourist tax. We relied on Booking and after a week of hassle, given that we had not stayed in that facility, it was agreed to refund 50% of the amount paid, although it was not normal given the inconvenience they created for us and given the fact that we didn't even sleep there. Talking to the manager about how we wanted to proceed, he told us that he would provide a refund and that wasn't the case, then instead of taking care of the customer, he just made fun of us by saying that before checking in we had to check the room when such a thing has never been heard of. To date we have had confirmation that he was just a huge exploiter from the moment he told the people who work at Booking that he would continue with the refund and he didn't. Now I will post photos of what I found because it is unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that it was written that it was quite connectable to everything and instead it was high up in the mountains, lost an hour from everything. Recently completed family summer trip. The structure includes a hundred apartments managed by an external company. Ours would have great potential even if it wasn't particularly well exposed but with a shared swimming pool. Very nice place surrounded by nature… clean apartment and guys at the reception very kind and helpful unlike their manager who barely calculates you. Residence suitable for any type of family ... only flaw: there is no entertainment or activity of any kind. Quite boring if you are looking for some entertainment. Swimming pools always open 24/24h and VERY CLEAN with wild boars that occasionally come to visit the bathers. The closest beaches can ALWAYS be reached BY CAR. Let's say you don't go anywhere on foot. At 3/4 minutes by car there is a VERY DEAR convenience store but which still has the essentials, even if I absolutely do not recommend doing a big shopping there but going to some discount store in the area twenty/thirty minutes away by car! The restaurant/pizzeria attached to the residence "sa scolla" makes amazing pizzas, to be tried at least once! However, we spent 15 days in total relaxation, which was what we wanted for this holiday! As for sheets and towels, only the set that you will find in the apartment are available free of charge. If you want change, you have to pay.
