Our room was spacious. The bathroom needed some TLC.The ceiling fans rattle. Our room was close to the pool.Throughout the day, the non stop music was very intrusive. We had to close the patio and listen to the fan.Iwas unable to sit out by the pool.Sunloungers are reserved overnight. The small outdoor pool is heated although it's not a dedicated children's pool it is impossible to have a swim. The other pool is ice cold..After breakfast we left the hotel and stayed away as long as possible. An adult only area in the dining room would be a good idea.I am happy that we were only B&B.The restaurant is best described as a canteen.Staff collecting and scraping plates beside you as you eat.The food was bland. The area around the hotel is rough and rundown.I would not walk in that area after dark.Ten min walk to supermarket. I did not visit the spa or go into the hotel bar area.

Hotel is amazing. The bedroom we had was very spacious and very clean with a cleaning service every day with fresh towels. The food in the restaurant was lovely- the choice is sometimes limited but this is more than made up by the quality. I have an allergy and the restaurant staff were brilliant with me. No complaints with the food at all. The pool area is great and there is a kids club which runs 11-1 and 3-5 and does activities like colouring. There are activities during the day but the entertainment team are not at all in your face. You will either like that or not. Finally the staff are brilliant!! So friendly and happy to help. We will return!!

Lovely clean hotel. We were given an upgraded room but did not pay to use the jacuzzi as felt it was not worth paying the extra money. Room was very spacious with separate kitchen and bedroom. Lovely spacious bathroom with constant hot water. Friends were on another floor and their room was a different layout. But was about the same size. Without the jacuzzi. Was getting harder to find a table in the dinning hall as the week went on as it was getting busier with more families arriving due to being half term and staff were finding it difficult to to clear tables fast enough. Food was a good varied variety and you could always find something to eat. Drinks from the bars are very strong as they do not use alcohol measures. Pool towels can be changed regularly. We had no trouble at getting a sun-bed. This may not be the case when there are lots of families. There are not many sun shades. Like others have mentioned it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and local shops. We found it was good to go for a walk after dinner as entertainment was hit and miss. Taxis are cheap. What we did not like was that we had to show our key card when we wanted to get drinks. Etc. Did not always take out both of these keys. Bring back the wrist bands so you don’t have to remember to take them to the bar each time.

I’m going to first do the good points of this hotel. - lovely and clean all around. The rooms, reception and outside areas all spotless. - very spacious rooms - staff helpful and kind - food is really good. It’s buffet style but we like that. - drinks were good and could taste the alcohol unlike other hotels I’ve been to. Now on to the bad points. - no one shows you to your room. You just get a map and pointed in general direction. - beds are VERY uncomfortable. We resorted to sleeping on the sofa bed as we just couldn’t take the beds another night. Also it was 2 single beds made up for a couple. - was charged €80 for a deep tissue massage which was not even good as a normal body massage. Was terrible! - we are here in March and 3 mornings couldn’t get a table for breakfast and wasn’t allowed to take it outside to eat. Another point to make is the hotel is pretty far out. A good 15/20 minute walk to the centre of everything. We didn’t mind this as we do like to walk. But for someone who wants to be closer this wouldn’t be the hotel for you.

Writing this sat in my room on my final night. Stayed 4 nights here and could not fault this hotel. If being really picky, the only downside is that it's a little away from.anything, closest shop is 10 to 15 mins, and the beach is 15 to 20. But I would definitely stay here again. I saw on other reviews that you could upgrade to a jacuzzi room. I stayed in room 6204 and wow. There is so much space, and the jacuzzi just topped it. Great view over the pool and mountains in the background. Even a great spot to watch the sun go down. The hot tub can only go up to 30c. It lights up and changes colour too. I am easily amused. You can use it from 8am to 10pm. It stays on for around an hour before it switches itself off, but an hour was plenty for me. Upon arrival, i paid for my upgrade and received a glass of champagne as a welcome drink. The lady on reception was friendly and drew on a map where my room was and what was included on the all-inclusive. My room was spacious with a separate bedroom and living room, english channels on tv and various languages, clmfy sofas and bed was comfy too. Extra bedding, pillows, and blankets can be found in the wardrobes. Had a kitchen with fridge and all amenities too. The pools were lovely and clean. As were all areas of the hotel. One pool is heated, which was nice, a bit nippy when get out, though. There is no need for pool towels. The hotel provides them. You just give a voucher to the lifeguard. There are plenty of sunbeds and plenty of sun across the pool area, too. There is an indoor pool, gym, and spa. I did not use these. However, upon arrival, I did receive a voucher for a free entry to the spa, which was lovely, i just ran out of time to use it. The food was good. Plenty of choice. I am a fussy eater and managed to find something to eat at all meals. I only ate lunch on my final day, less on offer, but not all guests are all inclusive. Waitkng staff run around all hours of the day, between restaurant and pool bar. All very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Jet2 rep is really friendly. I really recommend the grand tour of lanzarote and the sunset catamaran cruise. The lift is currently out of use, and by sounds of it, it has been out for a little while. So if any dofficulties with walking etc, request a lower floor. All in all, a great stay for my first solo holiday. I will come back to this hotel for sure. I was dubious due to other reviews, especially the sickness ones, came with an open mind and was not disappointed.

We are residents on the island of Fuerteventura, we have already been here three times and we want to return again, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very large and tastefully decorated, the food (we have always come in all-inclusive) is good. prepared, the reception and dining room service is excellent and this year they have heated the outdoor pool and it has been wonderful to be able to use it in winter, although they invite you to the indoor pool once so you can try it out.

What an amazing time! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff that made our stay truly exceptional. The hotel's services are top-notch, with well-maintained facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering a delicious variety that catered to all our tastes. Every meal was a unique culinary experience. I want to especially highlight Domenico, who was the fifth star of this hotel. His personalized attention and kindness made us feel truly welcome. Not only is he a competent professional, but he also genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of the guests. The entire staff is wonderful, and we will undoubtedly return in the future. Thank you for making our vacation such a positive experience!

The bed was comfy and the apartment spotless. There is good entertainment and nice pools. Staff are friendly. The food was superb. I am vegan and there was plenty for me to eat, including soya milk and yoghurts. There was lots of deliciously cooked vegetables and a lot of variety - something for everyone.
