Bluesea Costa Teguise Gardens

I have just been evicted from the Bluesea hotel for inappropriate behaviour. Arrived late Monday night with my partner for a weeks all inclusive stay. Given our key card at reception by lovely receptionist. Made our way to the room and were shocked by the condition of it. We're too tired to do anything as had travelled all day. Just got to sleep when rudely awakened by a group of drunken men next door. Then again from around 6am. Went to reception first thing to complain about the situation and contacted our holiday provider "Love Holidays" how ironic! This was around 8.30am I first reported the issues. By 3.30pm I had no response.So went back to reception to explain we were thinking of leaving. The manager offered us another room but stated it was in the same condition as the one we had. I declined. I then received correspondence from Love Holidays to state the hotel had resolved my issues which wasn't true. Again in the evening the Irish guys woke us up. They were that drunk they couldn't get into their rooms and were kicking the door. Yet Love Holidays are claiming the issue has been rectified. I go back to reception next morning and show the woman the email from Love Holidays and ask her for her full name to document and dispute her claims, she declines to give me her full name. So I take a photo of her as proof, then leave. Next thing I received a message from Love Holidays stating we were being evicted right away. Me and my partner are in our 50s. We were put out on the street for complaining about the hotel. There was no aggression, no alcohol involved.We were there for 2 days and never even had as much as a glass of coke. Currently in an airbnb in Arriceffe awaiting flight home at our expense. This place is not fit for purpose. It is disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.

lovely staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Virginia and Samara at reception have definitely gone the extra mile for us. Dylan on the bar was really happy and lovely to chat with. Hotel staff always seem happy which is refreshing. As with most resorts in the Canaries decor is a little dated. All in all very happy and good value for money. Great location too!

What can I say booked here all inclusive regardless of reviews read. Silly mistake. Costing just shy of £2000 for 2 people flying from Belfast for a week all inclusive. We have only tried to eat in the place once. Been here from Sunday night and haven't had our room cleaned or beds changed and room is horrible. This room has been used as a smoke room for sure everything has a yellow tinge and a stale tobacco smell. Paint all over the curtains broken tiles and just old and grubby furnishings. We have left the hotel everyday to walk eat and drink devastated I've wasted the money on all inclusive definatley wouldn't make this mistake again. Hasn't put me off Lanzarote and thank god for medication or id be having a melt down.

You get what you pay for. Standard all inclusive food. Our room, was front facing the pool. Slightly outdated but, nothing to complain about overall. Staff all friendly and helpful. Second time visiting here, and will be coming for a third! The entertainment that was done by Sam, whilst on our stay was excellent!!

Went with friends Sue and Big G. Rooms were very clean, the beds were a bit hard. All the staff are fantastic and helpful, especially Sam. What a lovely friendly lady. Could also do with air-conditioning in rooms as was very hot in them. Otherwise, I can't fault this lovely hotel. We will be back next year. See you soon

I can honestly say we had a good stay . The hotel is dated, but very clean . All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had 6 nights here and we got what we paid for . Even though we went all inclusive as it was so cheap . We only really ate breakfast at the hotel . There was always something to eat . I don’t see how people can complain. Like I say you only get what you pay for . I would come back a stay again . This is our 3rd Blue seas hotel we have stayed in . They have all been clean and comfortable .
