Spent 12 days here in a beautiful room overlooking the pool and amazing seaview. Hotel is exceptionally clean and cleaners do a great job and room cleaned daily. Large walk-in shower and modern facilities with tv on wall, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The location is 10/10 as you are so close to the town with bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep which couldn’t be better. The walkway behind the hotel is so nice and there is a gate at the back of the pool area. Lovely breeze continually cooling you down so umbrellas are not always needed. If a particularly windy day they are kept down and flat as will blow into pool. 2 large pools - one heated and one not which is freezing but once you get back into heated one, it’s like a bath. I enjoyed the food, fresh and plentiful and it was labelled to show allergens in the food which made it so much easier for us to navigate without having to continually ask staff which is safe or not. However the desserts were not labelled. There is a section that sells burgers from 3.30pm - 5pm in a hut by pool but we opted for dining hall but used this once and found tasty. Restaurant staff very attentive. There is a revolving bar in evening which takes 1.25 hrs to fully rotate. The drinks were lovely and staff so friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff were great and so much fun and no pressure to do activities, they do a fab job and put in 100%. We decided to eat out on a few nights as well on AI as the restaurants so close but enjoyed the food also as fresh. Found not as much choice as our last holiday in Greece but still happy. Had a jug of sangria with our meal which was lovely. Entertainment acts in evening was good tho didn’t see every act - most start at 9pm and then they also have entertainment outside. The only improvements needed are the tiles around pool need fixing as patches around and can see some have been attempted with silicone instead of grout and poor job left and also there were some sharp points on island in the water which sliced finger on but minor jobs that could be done in a day early morning or evening. The safe should really be free when going AL and we paid extra for superior room and thought it would be included but it isn’t. Cost €27 for our stay. Also no information leaflets given during check in which would be helpful of what is available and times etc, though check in experience was fine. Lifts to all floors. There is a Al a carte restaurant which we never went to, as men have to wear trousers and not sure why smart shorts cant be accepted. There are water foundations around hotel to refill water. We would stay here again and enjoyed our stay very much.
