We stayed at the Nazaret Apartments as a bit of a last minute holiday for five days at the end of October. We booked through Jet2 and had a two bedroom family apartment. We were very pleasantly Surprised by the size cleanliness and modern appearance of the apartments. Because we had the corner unit with the extra bedroom we had a large living area and two good sized bedroom. All of the fittings were modern and the beds were comfortable. Our apartment doors opened out onto the pool area where we were also delighted to find the main pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. (The other pool by the restaurant is not heated and a little chilly in October) The location of the hotel is excellent for Costa Teguise, being close to the beach and close the restaurants. We had a hire car and parking was a little tricky, it’s free in this area, but you may have to park a little way down the road. We had the half board dining plan, and the food was basic but good, with a few options each night. Because there are so many good restaurants nearby I’d recommend considering breakfast only. However for us the additional cost of half board wasn’t that much and it was nice to have a coupe of nights where we could just grab a quick bite to eat from the hotel. Breakfast was good. There is a supermarket on the same block, where you can buy snacks water etc. and the kitchenette in the apartment was sufficient to cook a basic meal and had a dish washer. But the cost of dining out in Costa Teguise is very reasonable, so why bother. ;) Would definitely come back to the Nazareth Apartments.

Returned August 23 2024 Stayed in the mansion apartments on the first floor. Self catering. It done everything we needed. Small kitchen with kettle, fridge. Dated bathroom but it did what it needed to do. Staff very helpful. Room cleaned. Pool bar offering drinks and food at lunchtime. Three pools to chose from and terraces to relax on. As self catering we ate out and mixed the times ie breakfast in the morning or lunch or an evening meal. Can not fault the food and restaurants in the town which is 5 min walk. Felt the food was great value ie breakfast at Kitty's a 10 min walk left was about 22e for three of us with drinks. Trust me we tried Chinese, steakhouse,Italian,Tapas, Bar meals and was so impressed by the quality. The windy island provides a nice breeze. The square offers a chilled atmosphere in the evenings with Irish bars and football. No trouble at all. Beach walk is about ten minutes and offers great place for coffee or milkshakes along the coastal walk. With the apartments so close to the square I did not hear any noise. If your looking for a nice place to stay and have an relaxed holiday then this is it.

This was our second time staying here, having been in summer 2023. We absolutely love the complex and could not wait to return this year for a much needed break. However, the noise this summer was horrendous. We were in apartment 304, which backed onto a street with a parking area and commercial units. We believe the noise was coming from Decades and it went on all night every night for 2 weeks. Live music each night, shouting, car alarms, glass bottles being emptied into bottle banks right outside our window, it was awful. I know this is nothing to do with these apartments but I do believe it will prevent people from returning. I suppose there’s nothing that can be done so try to avoid apartments in Block 3!

We booked this last minute as the All Inclusive hotel we had booked with our holiday company was disgusting. We booked 2 Apartments as there were 6 of us. A ground floor apartment and a first floor apartment. Three space was great and so clean. Beds were so comfortable couldn’t fault the apartment itself. My one gripe was the sunbeds around the pool and the tables weren’t cleaned we ended up cleaning the beds and tables with some detol wipes I had took over. We did see cockroaches at night unfortunately it is a hot country and you will see them but we never seen them inside our apartments so that was great. Location was amazing just a short walk to everywhere and the staff at reception were so friendly. Breakfast was gorgeous but we paid half board and couldn’t eat the evening meal once I wish I would have known how limiting it was. Very little option and not really family friendly for evening meals. We ate out in the evening which is a shame as we had paid for it.

Great location (very near the ‘square’), apartments are clean and tidy. Room service visit every 2 days to change towels etc. the top pool is heated although it’s not very warm. There are another 2 pools where getting sunbeds was never an issue. I would definitely recommend these apartments and we will certainly be booking them again

Lovely clean apartments in a perfect location, just across the road from the main square containing lots of bars and restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop are also just outside the hotel. The beach is 5 mins walk and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartments are very modern with everything you might need including a washing machine (washing pods provided), dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and full sized fridge/freezer. Washing up liquid, a sponge and tea towels are also provided which is really handy. Pool towels are left in the bathroom but these are not changed during your holiday. My gripes for this are the same as in some of the earlier reviews. Our apartment overlooked Decades bar, so we were disturbed every night by the music and people coming and going. There was also a bottle bank just below our room which all the local bars seemed to use, so there was constant glass smashing and even changing it at 6.30am! The pool area is lovely, plenty of sunbeds however there are still the people that insist on getting up and putting towels down at 7.15 then not coming back until lunchtime. The pool was heated which meant that people staying in the Mansion apartments came and used our pool/loungers. Whilst I'm not a snob, we paid a higher premium for the apartments which attracted a different clientele to the Mansions. There were even people not staying at either that walked in and sat down. Perhaps management could look at policing this better. Whilst I would return to the Nazaret, I would definitely request a room in one of the other blocks.

The apartments are ideally situated just across the road from the square and are superbly equipped. Each apartment has washing machine, dishwasher, full oven, A/C, two televisions with English channels The pool area and other public areas are well kept and attractive These apartments attract a premium price but share the site with the Nazaret mansion apartments This proves to be a problem, as stated by previous reviews, many sun beds, and the heated pool are used by large numbers of people from the mansion, In view of the vast price difference between the two types of accommodation it’s strange management allow Also there is a noise problem from bars behind block 3 One bar stays open till 3.30am and if it’s not music then people in street making a noise Better sound attenuation, in respect of windows required Can’t fault apartments or location, but they are expensive, and the niggles highlighted take away from the experience

Apartment is lovely, in a great spot second time here however breakfast is chaotic with not enough seating to accommodate the amount of people, staff excessively loud around apartment at early hours. Response to number of valuables with a total of around £1800 being stolen from out of our room was shambolic; the lack of communication as well as the sheer lack of interest in regards to a solution meant we left sadly disappointed.

On the whole good, one or two little niggles! The apartments are the best I have stayed in, clean, very well equipped. The outside areas are well maintained daily. Sun beds are at a premium and are subject to heavy ‘towel throwing’ often overnight. The guests staying at the ‘mansions’ part of the complex flood into the area of the ‘apartments’ which is annoying as they pay considerably less than the ‘apartment’ residents, and then monopolise all the facilities. Giving it an aire of Benidorm!!! Management are indifferent to this practise, and it sadly detracts from the holiday experience for some of their guests who pay a considerable amount for their apartments.
