"Hacienda Pinsaqui is a hidden gem of a place to stay in Otavalo. We were there near the beginning of December and couldn’t have had a better experience. Our room was quiet with a view of grazing horses and scenery. King bed, nice bathroom and they provided bed warmers when we returned from dinner. Very elegant but cozy dining room with a view of their beautiful gardens. The staff was very attentive and served up yummy meals. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. 350 years old but of course, updated. Highly recommend staying here for a taste of colonial Ecuador."
