Welcomed by a really helpful staff member who gave us a map and pointed out restaurants and places of interest. He also found us an electric fan for the room as the weather was gloriously hot! Room small but clean and functional. Breakfast varied and tasty. No problems at all with our 3 night stay. We paid extra for secure parking which was well worth the money.

The hotel built in 2022, has 75 rooms, a private car park, a rooftop, a sauna, a fitness center and 2 meeting rooms.

Only wish I had read the previous review before I booked. We booked the family suite as we were travelling with our two kids (7,9). The main bedroom was a very generous size, bed comfortable, bathroom very nice and it was clean. The secondary room however was a huge letdown. The bed was very small, even for two kids and was honestly the worst quality sofa bed I have ever seen or sat on. There were hard bits poking out on the sides so both kids were pushed to sleeping almost on top of each other in the middle. The bed squeaked every time you moved and my kids had a terrible night's sleep. Note that this was with the addition of a mattress topper which did absolutely nothing to address the fundamental issue. We ended up taking the kids in the bed with us for the rest of the night. A huge shame and I only hope they listen to the negative reviews and replace the sofa bed with a better quality one because otherwise we would have had a very pleasant stay. Certainly we expected more at this price point.

Excellent accueil avec grand sourire. L'accueil se fait dans l'hôtel d'en face car les nouveaux propriétaires ont just acheté les deux hôtels (quasi vis-à-vis). The British Hotel is now a little demodal, but it has everything you expect from a hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and is served by a very pleasant staff who take care of you.

GGuest UserVery disappointed with the service in this hotel. We are staying here for nearly two weeks and the staff at the reception is quite rude when we have an issue like not enough water bottles in the room (they gave us two instead of 4 when we are two adults and two children); phone not working; very small duvet to share for two children; .The children sleeping on the sofa bed have only one very narrow duvet to share and we asked for a second one but the next day it was removed. Our phone in the room does not work therefore we couldn’t call the reception. There is a loud ventilation sound coming from the bathroom which started on the second day. It doesn’t appear to be the A/C as it does not work either. Camille at the reception is very pleasant and polite, so is Yassin. But the rest of the team at the reception is quite rude and instead of telling us they will find a solution or apologize for the mistakes made by the cleaning ladies or issues we have had in the room they decide to argue with us and they say this is your version I don’t have the one of the staff. This type of attitude coming from a manager is even more disappointing. Not professional at all and makes us feel uncomfortable. A manager should not argue with customers but instead make them feel welcomed, safe and understood. The lady in charge at the restaurant in the evening was having a go at the waiters in front of us customers and laughing out loud at their mistakes, sighing in dispair at them. All in front of us. Very very unprofessional. Two of these waiters, very polite and kind to us seemed to be learning and were doing well it seemed, at least they were professional and polite, unlike their supervisor who was diminishing them in fromt of people. Really put us off our meal. One receptionist, a young woman, who did help us with our duvet issue, hardly greeted us when we entered the hotel in the evening. This is a 4 star hotel and very surprising behavior from the staff. She also made the entire reception stink of what seemed to be a humidity issue with clothes. I told her about the smell, unpleasant when you enter the hotel, without realizing the odor actually came from her. She is human but it shouldn’t really happen in a 4 star hotel, when you welcome clients. This morning the actual manager told me his colleague at the reception did not have time to tell me to see my issues with him as she had many other customers to deal with. She could have politely told me, Madam I don’t have to capacity to help you now but I will make sure the manager reaches out to you. This is high season, so there should be more than one person at the reception or at least have the clients directed to the manager immediately for these kind of situations instead of rebuffed rudely. When I asked to have the contact of the direction of the hotel, the manager told me and that after shouting at me down the phone and arguing with me, that he could not provide me with that information and I should write to

GGuest UserFrom the outside you expect a quaint and maybe creaky experience. Step inside and the vintage of the house is declared by the massive granite hearth that frames the reception. But then, gracefully guided by Kevin or Roxana, a cunning web of well-lit staircases lead you into small clusters of rooms that are spacious, flooded with natural light from windows with views and serenely fitted out with the best of beds & bathrooms. No frills, no shabby chic, just top of range examples of everything useful. The whole enterprise is lit up by the authentic eagerness & enthusiasm of the young hosts.

Service is general, the restaurant facing the sea in the lobby can be used when eating, can not drink drinks. Breakfast coffee, tea are to call the waiter, the waiter does not understand English. The overall environment is very good.

L hôtel de Perros (3 étoiles) est un très bel hôtel situé au centre de Perros Guirec, à deux pas de la mairie, des commerces, de nombreux restaurants. Et à distance raisonnable de ka plage de Trestraou (comptez 15 minutes de marche) Accueil très aimable. Petit déjeuner à prix abordable et très varié : diverses baguettes, viennoiseries, confitures, miel, pâte à tartiner, yaourts, muesli, fromages et charcuterie. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

GGuest UserA lovely hotel in a great location just steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a superior room which was compact but well appointed with an inward facing balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and a bright modern shower room. Breakfast was included and there was a vast choice from scrambled eggs to pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses and cold meats. The staff were all very pleasant and Camy was great in her communications with me regarding the upgrade to a superior room (this was a Brittany Ferries deal). The only reason for the 4 stars is the hairdryer in the bathroom. Ladies, bring your own! We would definitely stay here again.

I advise you to stop there. You will not be disappointed a good time of sharing. Don't change anything is perfect. And don't forget to give your children the restaurant next door. A true gift. Le petit-déjeuner... le plus important repas de la journée... ici on n'y est pas : yaourt en vrac (qui mange des yaourts présentés en un seul ? Çà n'existe même pas dans le commerce !) ; les fruits proposés sont abîmés ou vieux et pas de bananes ; compote de pomme industrielle ; œufs brouillés industriels ; saucisses de mauvaise qualité quasi brûlées ; jambon qui brille, pas signe de la meilleure qualité... quant aux viennoiseries, elles sortent du congélateur, vous pouvez y aller, au moins elles sont ”fraiches”. Et à 8.00 du matin, il ne doit pas manquer quoique ce soit... réassort à surveiller. A souligner : la qualité de la literie et la gentillesse du staff.

PPierre-Jean38360We have been deceptive about this ”Ibis Style” that is not at the level of other Accor-group establishments. We have enjoyed a family suite (composite of 2 rooms connected by a indoor door; practical). The rooms were very small, the earrings were too soft, the water rooms were also ridiculously small and with lives (black joints, ...) Breakfast is correct but no more. The hotel's restaurant is not a good one, but it is a good one to exist. The hotel is ideally located near the main axes and has a supermarket and a gas station just apart.

GGuest UserTo take a step on the GR 34, we have chosen to stay in this hotel located far from urban areas and in the middle of the golf of the same name. The hotel is located in a quiet and comfortable environment for a mastered price (our best accommodation in our six steps). The rooms are spacious and offer the best comfort you can expect from a hotel in terms of: - separate toilets; - a sas door, the true luxury to be isolated from the noise of the corridor; - a small sofa for two; - very many ranges; The hotel is located in the city centre of the city, and the city centre is located in the city centre of the city. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. We strongly recommend this hotel for those who want to walk around the area: it's a pleasure to go back to the calm evening and enjoy the swimming pool. We just hope that when the rooms are renovated, the door sas, the numerous seat, the office... all this will not go to the trap, replaced by soft and poorly designed lights, original but uncomfortable chairs...
