"Located near the Shushan Ecological Trail, this pet-friendly hotel offers a pleasant environment with individual villa-style accommodations. The property is quite sprawling, so buggies are needed to get around, and staff are prompt in arranging them. It's too hot in summer, otherwise, strolling around would be very enjoyable. The inner lake is filled with lotus flowers, and there's lush greenery everywhere. There were two downsides. First, the nuisance of mosquitoes in summer. We couldn't find an electronic mosquito repellent in the room, and our child got bitten in the middle of the night, so we had to ask staff to bring one. Second, the hotel's pool changing rooms were quite dirty. They weren't cleaned frequently enough, bathroom towels weren't replenished in time, and the floor was covered in hair and water, which was very unpleasant. We hope for improvement."

"The place is really lovely. It is located within a bamboo forest and is a reasonable distance from a hiking path. The front desk, Xiao Ling, was very helpful and caring. The place is very good for escaping from the city, only 20 minutes drive from the old town. It is silent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The exterior and some facilities at the hot spring are a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The hot spring after the full day of hiking was fun and relaxing. I will go again for a relaxing weekend!"

"The staff's service attitude is very good. The underground parking garage is also very large. The road down is very spacious, which is very friendly to our female drivers. The hotel is very new, and the garden room has been upgraded. There is a balcony and a good view. You can scan the code in the room to order food, and the QR code is in the TV. The swimming pool in the hotel is very beautiful, and there is also an outdoor hot spring pool. If you want to take a hot spring, remember to bring your swimsuit. This hotel is next to Banyan Tree, and the garden is shared. The garden covers a large area. Because it is a landscaping design, there are always some insects, and there are more centipedes, so it is not recommended to stay in the courtyard room on the first floor. We walked around the garden for a long time and did not see any ancient buildings. The photos of ancient buildings uploaded by others before were not in this hotel. Those aunts posted photos randomly to get good reviews. Overall, the hotel facilities are quite complete. There is also breakfast. I want to praise the breakfast. It is particularly rich and delicious, and the dining environment is also very good."

"This hot springs resort on the far side of Suzhou from Shanghai depicts itself honestly in the photos...and they were very kid friendly. My children had a great time in the various pools and the restaurant/lobby staff were very accommodating. I have already recommended this place to two friends with small children. The hot springs aren't open until the afternoon though, so you won't get a dip in the morning before you check out. I'd recommend getting to the hotel close to check-in time or a little before to maximize time enjoying the pools. The breakfast was big, but mostly Chinese dishes. The area around the hotel has an eco village but it is mostly vendors and roads with cars and bikes flying past...a safety concern when traveling with kids. We didn't get a great feeling of nature here, although we did find one pathway up the nearby mountain which was fun."

"I specifically came for the award-winning architectural design. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. My room received an upgrade, and as a solo traveler, the helpful staff member even enthusiastically assisted me with taking some fantastic photos and provided convenient round-trip transfers. Overall, it's excellent 👍 and absolutely worth experiencing!"

"The homestay is located in the hinterland of Yangcheng Lake Scenic Area. It is said to be a scenic area, but there are still many original residents. There are various hairy crab theme restaurants on both sides of the main road. The decoration of the homestay is very careful. Although the sparrow is small and has all the internal organs, the sky is blue and the water is clear in summer, and the lake is cool at night. The room size is enough, the proprietress is a local crab farmer, and also provides guests to take a boating lake to watch the sunset in the evening. There are mahjong in the store, basic fishing gear for fishing, and barbecue should be possible in winter. Unfortunately, the current kayaking cannot be played."

"The room was very clean, the linen was new, the boss was very enthusiastic, the boss personally took the beautiful meal of Xishan Farmhouse, the fish and shrimp were very delicious. The Biluochun fried by the boss's own is very beautiful! The best place for friends to gather."

"We had a wonderful 2 nights in this family-run hotel. The host was extremely kind, friendly and helpful; he made us feel completely at home, and even gave us two delicious homemade ‘lard cakes’ to take with us because we’d enjoyed them so much at breakfast one morning! The rooms are lovely - spacious, very light, bright and private. Really nice interior design. Ours was on the top floor with a roof top deck and great views over the lake and village. The bed was very comfortable with fresh, clean linen and towels. There’s a kettle on the room but you need to bring your own tea or coffee. That said, tea and hot water were available 24-hours a day downstairs. The meals in the hotel restaurant were delicious and fresh; they’re cooked onsite with ingredients that are caught or grown on the island, and are very good value. We ate breakfast (included) both mornings and dinner on our first night. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again if we came back. The main thing to note is that the host (and very few people on the island) speak English, so having some Chinese definitely helps! But we felt very welcome at all times, even when our language skills reached their limits!"
