Welcome to Sea Breeze, our newly renovated home with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private dock, and an unobstructed, natural view of Bimini Bay. Smart TV, WiFi, free access to Netflix, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with cooking essentials. Sea Breeze cottage is located at the North End of Anna Maria Island, sailboat direct to Bimini Bay, walking distance to Pine Ave, City Pier, and popular restaurants. Our private oasis has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation at the serene North End of Anna Maria Island. The entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows frames the bay view inside the property. You can enjoy the beautiful water and wildlife when you're sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen. The second floor allows you to have a higher perspective of the canal, making you feel like you live right above the water! Or have a BBQ and enjoy a relaxing drink on the balcony, where there's an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to have a chill in nature, closer to wildlife. The BBQ is free to use. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large grill, and Keurig (starter pods provided) for your coffee/tea needs. Enjoy dinner in the dining area or out on the deck. Don't want to cook? The home is walking distance away from multiple excellent restaurants (some right on the beach!). Other things to note:* You can park your boat at the private dock. Please note that the dock can't lift boats. Please let me know if you need to park your boat. There are four docks in the back. You can dock your boat on the left-hand side of the sailboat. (when you face the water) . There is a spiral staircase leading to the second-floor balcony. * The cottage is a two-unit building, and this one is the Second floor unit with a beautiful waterfront view. We provide a STREET LEGAL GOLF CART (4 seats), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Wheeleez beach wagon, bicycles, four stand up paddle boards, two-seat kayak, private outdoor shower/changing room with hot & cold water, two gas grills, coolers, and more! After a day at the beach or sightseeing, the private pool/spa awaits - chilled or heated - any time of the year. A 55 inch Smart TV is set up for you to watch your favorite team (or whatever!) while chilling in the pool! Ledge Lounger ice bucket/table in pool splash pad for your drinks.Don't bring beach towels, paper towels, or toilet paper! We have all the basics (and more) supplied in the kitchen and bathroom. Pack n Play, high chair, booster seat & stroller are in the hall closet for the small ones. Pet dishes in place for your OTHER small ones! Spices, chocolates, wine, water at each bedside, coffee, and tea complete the arrival necessities. Come aboard our commercial fishing boat where all gear is provided including rod, reel, net, life vest, bait, and other equipment. Fish alongside Captain Anthony who has been fishing these waters for almost half a century! Fish for tuna, snook, red snapper, grouper, and more! He and his crew can also help to clean and prepare your catch! Ask how you can book a charter in addition to your stay.Sunset Cottage is an amazing value for the space, amenities, location, and ‘extras’ that are included to help you to enjoy all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Additional guests can be any age. Whereas your booking allows up to 4 people to stay in our cottage, we can accommodate a total of up to 5 people before reaching maximum capacity (one person would have to sleep on the couch). Additional members of your party MUST be disclosed at the time of booking, and will incur an additional surcharge of $100 per night per person. Whereas the standard cleaning & sanitization fee is only $100.00, depending on the number of people in your party, an increased cleaning fee may apply.
