It has a new mini split air conditioner with heat pump to keep you comfortable year round. The large bathroom has a brand new large tiled shower with a mural. The entrance draws you along a potted garden filled with bamboo, vines and ferns leading to a lovely shared covered deck area with seating and a fountain where you can unwind. The unit is through a gate and up a few stair steps from there with a cozy private deck, a café table and chairs.
