The house sits back and up from the road, and there is plenty of off street parking. The country road is sometimes busy, but that also means that it is an easy commute to anywhere you might go. A car would be needed to get around due to the rural nature of the property, but most destinations are only a 5 to 20 minute car ride away. Uber is a popular alternative to having a vehicle. 6 minutes to Rt 1 N&S. 5 minutes to the business district of Wakefield. You can stock up and never go shopping, or "run into town" for a last minute item. Newly renovated and furnished 1 Bedroom cottage, with pull out sleeper sofa. All new, fixtures, appliances, heat/ central air and internet and smart TV's . Easy access to beaches, local restaurants, limited availability for dockage within the marina for your boat with a seperate reservation, or access for kayaks, paddleboards, etc . Located within the 6 acre campus like property of Pointview Marina. We provide towels, pillows and linens are, you do not need to bring your own, unless you plan on using the sleeper sofa. Queen bed pull out for sheet sizes. There is water access for paddle boards and kayaks in the marina, approx. 400 ft. from the cottage. Dinnerware, glasses, utensils, flatware, cookware are all provided along with a Keurig coffeemaker. As an FYI the Matunuck Oyster Bar is nearby and accepts reservations.
