The rooms at Newport Bay Club are spacious and tastefully decorated, echoing the nautical theme with a subtle Disney twist. Comfortable beds, modern amenities, and delightful Disney details make each stay special and relaxing.

Good location but room is small for 4 people. Water is free, but only 2 bottle at a time. There is no kettle for hot water or tea.

Facilities: The entire hotel is full of Disney elements, the rooms are large, and it is a very cost-effective hotel!
Service: When you check in at the front desk, you will be given a room card with your own name, which you can take away directly when you leave the hotel! You can also enter the park one hour in advance. The staff is also very enthusiastic and will give you a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities.

The service of this hotel is really bad. When checking in in the morning, the concierge should be responsible for storing your luggage, but you have to go out and do it yourself. When you go back to the hotel at night to get the room card and give the luggage tag to the staff, they are unwilling to help you take the luggage to the room at first and ask you to do it yourself. I asked the front desk why the hotel does not provide this service when it clearly has it. Only after strong requests did they notify the luggage department to deliver the luggage. After staying for two days, the room was not cleaned at all when I came back from the park on the second night. The staff looked indifferent.

The room is very big and the bed is super big. It is the largest single bed I have ever stayed in a hotel in Europe!
