It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, and it offers great value for money. The car park is massive, but it does cost £8.

Flawless customer service, both online and in person. Located about a 15-minute walk from Coventry city center. The room had enough chairs, and the bathroom was bright and clean. The only minor drawback was the not-so-obvious main entrance. Looking forward to staying again.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient. The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient to get to the city center, though you do need to be careful crossing the road outside. The room was clean and tidy.

Booked the hotel as it was near the place I was gonna work at the next day. It was accessible, very near the train station, and the town centre as well. Even though it was close to them, the place felt safe. It had all the basic amenities and it was clean. The people at reception were nice as well.
Response from Property: Thank you for your lovely feedback.

1 night for a Uni Open Day- just about acceptable for 1 night! The location is excellent for the uni and town - the hotel not so great - the drains smell from the shower was grim and the heater was mainly on chill setting - definitely one for a short - very short - stay

Nice stay, basic but does the job. Wish the restaurant choices were more varied and more elaborated.

This is my favorite hotel in the UK; I've stayed here twice now. It's clean, conveniently located in the city center, and just an all-around fantastic hotel. I will definitely be back!
