Stayed at this hotel for my first visit to Coventry,from the 11th-13th . Came very late ,the front desk was supper helpful ,the morning after I had an issue which was resolved by the lady on the front desk after I was misinformed by the person on the phone on the 10th. But the lady at front desk was very welcoming and explained to me what I needed to know ,she also had nice smile I must say and her bob was cut to perfection. Then went into breakfast and had a wonderful meal I must say the chef is really chef kiss . Thank you for a good stay

I would have to have second thoughts about staying at this Premier Inn again. It is the first Premier Inn where I can say I did not have a perfect visit. Breakfast was as normal although a bit cramped due to the number of guests wanting feeding at the same time. The staff were kept very much busy.

The breakfast was an experience. Super friendly staff went above and beyond. Was like the twilight zone . Happy and look after you well. Thoroughly recommend. Accommodation was acceptable. Food restaurant next door. TGI Friday. Pleasant stay.

Good location, free car park, good breakfast.cleaning left a lot to be desired. Visually it looked clean enough,but anyone with a sense of smell would know it wasn't! I needed easy access to the room due to a knee injury. No lift and no rooms on the ground floor except one, the disabled room. It absolutely smelled of urine. Yuk....

As always Premier Inn is super reliable. You know what to expect - comfortable beds and clean rooms. Room was quiet when I stayed with my family which includes 5 and 8 year old. There’s car parking, it’s located in a very convenient location close to shops including Morrisons. What stood out here for me was the excellent customer service by Sarah at breakfast time. Catered well for my daughter’s nut allergy. Cooked breakfast was delicious - the sausages were yummy. Would highly recommend.

I stayed in Premier Inn Binley on a Monday night for a work trip. The room and breakfast were a very reasonable price and the location had good transport links, so staying here was a no brainer. Upon arrival, there was lots of parking, friendly staff on reception and a good variety of vending machines. My room was only a standard room but had all required amenities: tea, coffee, hair dryer, hand soap, body wash, desk, armchair, TV etc. The bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep! Despite being right next to main roads, the hotel was surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. My only issue was with the temperature control. The thermostat in my room was very confusing (even with the provided instructions) and it took several hours to regulate the temperature in the room, as it was like walking into a sauna when I checked in. The breakfast was served in the small restaurant downstairs. There was a good range of full English items, pastries and continental breakfast items. The food was delicious but was slightly slow to be served, as fried/poached eggs had to be specially requested. If I’m ever in/around Coventry again, I will definitely be returning to Premier Inn Binley!

You know what you are getting with a Premier Inn, and this lived up to the expectation. It is in a location just off the A46, but despite this proximity and having a room facing the road there were no noise issues. If you fancy living on the edge you can take a walk to the nearby Morrisons which is next door, but footpaths can be hit and miss, but it is pretty much next door. There is also a TGI Friday's attached to the hotel, and a Costa Coffee next to that too. No issues to report, would consider staying again if I'm in the area.

Warmly welcomed by staff. Managed to find us the type of room that we had originally booked without any fuss and without compromising another guest (somehow we have been charged for a requested twin but were allocated a double). Hotel was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. Chef and serving staff in the hotel were so welcoming and friendly and fun. Fire alarm went off during breakfast and the staff calmly evacuated all of the hotel with clear instructions. Parking was easy.
