중심지이지만 살짝 떨어져서 조용하고
조식도 훌륭하고
옥상에서 노을이 정말 예뻐요.
작지만 수영장도 있어요.
일층에 있는 빵집도 투어 가기 전에 빵 몇개 사서 가면 좋아요.

Excellent made to order breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and a beautiful fruit plate as well as eggs etc! Very lovely staff, excellent cleanliness. Certain rooms can be very loud at night because of the location being so close to the action of downtown. We met people that go there year after year.

I like the location. It’s within easy walking distance to my dive shop … Maple Leaf Scuba. The hotel offers a free breakfast and a pool on the top floor. The staff is very friendly and bilingual

Hotel Plaza Cozumel is clean & comfortable. The staff is amazing from check in, daily room cleaning, pool area. Accomodating, friendly, we keep coming back.

This is a decent place to stay. By mexican standards it’s a pretty nice hotel. By western standards it’s would be considered subpar. It’s clean and they are working to keep its appearance up. The staff was really nice, and the breakfast was good. The room was fine. They have some deferred maintenance that is typical of older buildings in this climate. The desk host warned us upon checkin that his two remaining rooms would experience music noise from nearby bars, which we appreciated. The noise wasn’t that bad. We would be fine staying there again, though if you can afford about $40 US more then you can get a much nicer hotel elsewhere in town.

This was our second time staying here. The staff is very friendly, the beds are comfortable, the pool is clean, and the breakfast is always really good.

Very pleased with this hotel. It's not very fancy but great price for what you get. Service is excellent. Location is good. Very close to shorefront and close to markets and restaurants. I won't hesitate to stay here when I visit Cozumel again.

You don’t have an ocean view but it’s clean and beds are so comfy! Breakfast is free from 9am-11am, definitely my favorite part since it was so good. They also have a/c, fridge, ceiling fan, and a tv. For the amount of money you’re paying I think it’s worth it. It’s also located in the city and you can walk to restaurants and convenience stores. There’s no access to a beach walking distance but you can take a taxi or rent a scooter/ car to get around.

The sink plugged and drains slowly, toilet plugged multiple times. Breakfast is good and staffs are helpful and friendly. Very convenient to the flea market and pier.
