Excellent stay in a very clean and comfortable hotel which was well located. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to give advice on local attractions.

Very comfortable beds, staff are lovely and very accommodating, the room was nice and clean and location for us was okay as we were visiting family in the area but not much nearby if you don't want to drive. Onsite restaurant & bar close early (even at the weekend) with last orders for food at 9pm and drinks at 9:45, not great when you are away with family and want to get a drink or a later bite to eat. We have stayed here many times over the years when visiting family in the area but may consider looking elsewhere next time so that we can enjoy a late bite or drink with family, which is a shame as we like the hotel and have always been able to that in the past.

Great welcome, comfortable rooms, very clean. Super convenient for sightseeing. Only thing to mention is that there's no lift if anyone has mobility issues. Beefeater next door was great value for dinner and very generous breakfast and there are lots of discounts and deals available

Been to many Premier Inns but this one, and the accompanying Beefeater, have to rate as one of the best. Had a premier plus room which was lovely and worth the few extra pounds. Everything was immaculate and the staff were really lovely and helpful, especially in the Beefeater. We had the meal deal and the food was really delicious and well cooked. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good, still eat as much as you want but really hot and fresh. One little fault - the bar area needs some new chairs!

This is one of the best Premier Inns we've stayed in. The Premier plus room was so lovely and really nice to have a fridge in the room. The room was spotless and it had a lovely big walk-in shower. What really made it great though, was the staff, especially Sharon on reception, she was so lovely and friendly and really made us feel welcome, she was always cheery and had plenty of time for us. A real diamond. The food and staff at the adjoining restaurant was also excellent.

Stayed to visit family and friends nearby. Very convenient location and close to lots of places and shops with a short drive. Efficient check in and very pleasant and clean room. Comfy bed and decent shower in the bathroom. Hotel manager, Maureen greeted us the next morning and enquired about how our stay was. Used the pub next door for a drink and was warmly welcomed by Heather who served us. Fantastic staff who clearly care about what they do. Would recommend a stay here.

We stayed here due to having a gas leak at our house so we quickly booked this hotel as it was local to us. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very spacious (family room) the beds were comfy. Very clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beds and pillows are amazing . Premier rooms are awesome .staff very professional and helpful. The cleaning staff do an excellent job. No issue is not to big and always resolved by hotel staff . Highly recommend the premier inn Cramlington
