Never again. For the same price you can get a beautiful airbnb apartment in the heart of Annecy. 1 star is generous. Imagine staying a week and they provide 1 towels that doesn’t get washed the whole stay and it’s 30 degrees. Avoid this place unless it truly is your only option.

Wierd little hotel with no interaction from reception what-so-ever. We arrived on Sunday, so no staff (they don't work wk ends and go home at 5 or before week days), we only saw reception staff twice, they never looked up when we passed. Although the domestic staff we're friendly. You need a code to get in, then a code to get your key, we saw a few people on phones trying to get the code, luckily I emailed them before hand. Okay, now the positives, very comfy bed. Room was fine although a little tired looking. Not a bad location. I wouldn't stay here again mainly because reception are ignorant and the hotel itself feels more like a residential block (maybe it is?) than a hotel.

Des communs et des chambres dégueulasses. Une chaleur horrible dans la chambre , même avec le ventilateur. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était vide, j’ai dû aller me servir dans le frigo de la cuisine pour pouvoir manger. Pas de personnel dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, qui servait également d’entrepôt pour des divants clic clac. Le pire hôtel en 35 ans de voyage.

Très contente de notre séjour, 20mn à pieds pour le centre ville, correct vu les problèmes de stationnement. Petit appartement bien équipé, literie et canapé lit très confortable. Petit coin cuisine bien agencé, parking de la résidence payant, possibilité de se garer autour de la résidence vue la période de l'année mais l'été il faut mieux payer lors de la réservation pour être sûr d'avoir une place

Appart hôtel très correct dans son ensemble Propreté rien à dire. Bonne literie. Equipement cuisine suffisant pour quelques jours. Acceuil automatisé en week end, parfait, par contre en semaine personnel assez distant. Petit bémol, parking difficile à proximité. Celui de l'hôtel pourrait être gratuit. Le centre touristique et le bord du lac sont à 20 minutes à pied, les commerces sont proches. Pour terminer, bon compromis pour y passer quelques jours afin d'éviter les restaurants touristiques relativement chers.

Conforme aux avis édités : propre, bon équipement, courtoisie du personnel à l'accueil, bonne isolation phonique, très bien situé par rapport au centre d'Annecy et accès pratique pour se rendre aux stations de ski environnantes. Séjour calme et très agréable !
