This hotel is really friendly, welcoming and cozy. It’s a great location to shops and amenities and travel routes. The breakfast is good but they don’t offer any other meals however.!!!!!!! You’re right next to a sambucas restaurant, sciff inn that do amazing food and KFC a fave of many.! Your close to local shopping center and so so much more.!

Although I stayed for one night, the overall experience was good. The environment was quiet, the front desk service was very friendly and kind, the parking and transportation were very convenient, and the breakfast in the morning was very rich and delicious. Next time I go to Newcastle, I will choose this hotel

The price is cheaper than other but the service is excellent. The location is near by the Metrocentre station, shopping mall and bus station.

Stayed there several times, never been disappointed. Good location for metrocentre/newcastle and beyond. Friendly staff. Good facilities and breakfast. Will obviously return.
