Trivelles Gatwick Hotel & Airport Parking

Great rooms and the staff very friendly with in hotel services and ability to order from the restaurant and delivered to your room! But around 6am it tends to get noisy which is bearable!

Hotel is ok. My only gripe, is my room has not been cleaned/ serviced. My stay was for 4 nights.

Very bad cleanliness, dust and grubble present everywhere. Had to ask for a room change, which they did which was riddled with bugs. Location is creepy way inside some different place

Another amazing sty at Trivelles. Staff are always very helpful and room was comfy and clean as always. Always love staying here! A hidden gem if you’re flying out of Gatwick

Meh what to say it was absolutely extremely hot unbelievably so fan on all night directly at me was a solution wasp came in no bar everyone leaves at 11 doors and walls bit dodgy

am writing about a reservation made through trip.com for a stay at your hotel for Saturday 27th September 2025. The reservation was in the name of ******* and reservation number is: **********. When i made the reservation through trip I used their hotel messaging service to inform you that I would not arrive until 01.00 on the Sunday morning to ensure I was not shown as a 'no show'. I arrived at about 0100 hrs to the hotel to find initially i could not gain access. Two of your guests let me into reception and from there I saw the sign for emergency contact as reception was closed. I called the number several times which just rang the phone on the front desk. As it was the middle not the night and I had an early flight to Dubai the next morning at around 01.45 I had to give up and book the only other hotel I could find which was the Crown Plaza. I have several issues: 1. How can you leave a hotel full of guest with no supervision. This is illegal and as a result has been reported to The Health and Safety Executive and Sussex Fire and rescue service. 2. If I had have been travelling with small children how do you think this experience would have been made much worse. As a result I would like to claim a refund for either the initial booking cost or the cost of the Crown Plaza which was £119. I have shared this experience with Google reviews and will be doing so on every social media platform to ensure other customers are not put in the same position. I called your hotel at approximately 7pm the following day and spoke with your receptionist who I could not understand as she had such a poor command of the English spoken language. This experience is completely unacceptable and as such I expect an immediate reply as to how you will rectify this financially and also take steps to stop the illegal practice of leaving your guests unsupervised through the night.
