Great for family stop over when arriving to Gatwick airport. Excellent location

Breakfast was not served on 05 Sep. Restaurant was closed on 05 Sep. Both were available for guests attending Marriage and NOT available for inhouse guests. We were asked to go to nearby Pub to have breakfast and dinner. Assistant in restaurant today 06;sep during breakfast was very rude. It was actually done because we were Indians. THIS PROVES ****** AGAINST INDIANS AT UK. I want this to be taken seriously with the appropriate authorities at UK Regards From - Defence War Veteran

The receptionist was very friendly, she upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was clean, I can’t believe for this price the hotel was so nice and convenient

I enjoyed the spa especially- £4 extra per use with swim, but clean and rarer find as price of hotel reasonable. Nice sized room and en suite. Handy kettle with coffee/tea etc. Good amount of free hotel parking and manned reception.

Terrible night before our family holiday to spain, not a wink of sleep, banging all night from other guests. Bed mattresses hard, room very stuffy, no air con. Our family was exhausted for our flight in the morning. Creeking corridors, smelly carpets. Avoid at all costs...

Very outdated hotel. Looks amazing outside but rooms are dirty, full of spiders and insects. Bunk beds are so creaky. Walls are paper thin so listening to the room full of kids either side isn’t try best. Oh and you may have to plug up the tv yourself

Got soaked by the tap. No complimentary water, a small bottle costs 3.2 Euros. No air conditioning, and they lied, telling me London doesn't have AC, when in reality, other places do. I took a taxi here for 30 pounds, but apparently, bus route 100 goes directly. The pool costs extra. Service was also very poor. There's only one restaurant nearby, with a 30 Euro steak. It's very remote and I don't recommend it. Across the road is a village with no restaurants. The steak was bad, but there was no other option.

I booked a basic double room in the Lodge. The room was fine at this price point, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the bar had a good range of food options on the menu. The location is very close to Gatwick Airport, and the hotel had plenty of free parking, just register your number plate at the reception.

Accommodation was basic but functional and clean ,good access from motorway. Good onsite facilities.

Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working. I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings. If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately. This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay

It's quick and easy to get to Gatwick airport from this hotel. It's very basic but has what you need for a short stay.

We paid for a basic double room with breakfast and ended up with the lodge room. It was tiny, couldnt open up our cases. The toilet roll holder was missing the holder and toilet roll keep falling to the ground. Room smelt damp upon entering. As it was a warm day, couldnt sleep well. There was no air conditioning nor a fan. It was so warm. Would not recommend it to any of my friends.

This hotel is really old, and there's no air conditioning. I was absolutely boiling!
