Hôtel la Pocatière

Oppressive owners, the manager of the hotel constantly monitors the comings and goings without indiscretion and the manager is friendly at first but quickly shows his true personality. As soon as I arrived he asked me to pay for my stay, I told him that I usually paid only at the end; I had the impression that he did not trust him and every day he talked to me about the rules. THERE IS NO NEED TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT! Very rude to customers on the phone. Perhaps these people should do some reception training because that leaves something to be desired. (In professional high schools, for example, there is a training course called ARCU [Customer and User Relations Welcome], maybe go to open doors, they will welcome you better than at home) For my part, we don't run a hotel if we are not able to welcome customers in good conditions. Make sure to welcome customers because as owners you are the showcase of your hotel, it seems that they were annoyed by my presence. I would definitely not return to this hotel. Très bon hôtel Chambre spacieuse et confortable, hygiène parfaite

Correspond bien à un hôtel 2 étoiles rien de plus. Très basique. Petit déjeuner moyen. Accueil moyen. Dommage car l emplacement est très bien. Aménagement correct et propre. Bon une nuit c est passable. Très simple mais peu mieux faire. Ne pas renouveler pour nous

Établissement à taille humaine en centre ville de Coutances, chambres très confortables et rénovées. Très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et varié. Cet endroit est un excellent point de départ pour rayonner dans une région très riche sur le plan touristique. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent avec une chambre à 68€ par nuit et un pdj à 8€ par personne. Je recommande très fortement.

Accueil très sympathique et personnalisé. Les chambres sont bien et propres. L’équipement sanitaire très bien et agencé de façon originale : douche wc lavabo séparés par une petite cloison. Le tout au calme. Le petit déjeuner classique et efficace. La soirée étape est une bonne idée pour ceux qui comme moi arrivent un peu épuisés par la route d’autant que le restaurant associé est très recommandable pour un menu simple et bon. A proximité du centre pour ceux qui sont moins fatigués
