Nestled in a peaceful residential area, Hidden Villa provides off-street driveway parking. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a cozy and connected space. With hard surface floors, warm rugs, beachy décor, and soothing blue walls, the home feels welcoming. Comfortable furniture invites you to gather in the living room, whether to watch cable TV or browse local attractions with free Wi-Fi. . (This is the downstairs mother-in-law suite offering COMPLETE PRIVACY—no garage or main home access, and NO SHARED SPACES. The entire property is yours to enjoy!) The dining table is perfect for card games or meals, with plush chairs for lasting comfort. It’s conveniently close to the kitchen, making serving food a breeze. Alternatively, you can dine outdoors under the pergola, surrounded by nature, with a charcoal grill available for barbecues. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
