I booked the hotel, I called the hotel to confirm an early checking. The hotel confirmed the booking and said no problem we can check you in early. When I arrived early morning I was barked at by a very rude receptionist who had tattoos on her arm, not even looked at me. I never met anyone like her I ended up just leaving and booking travel lodge which meant I paid for a room that I didn’t use. The hotel is not bad but the reception staff have no understanding of customer care.
