London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel, BW Signature Collection Photos

I had booked a single room but upgraded to a double room on check in and was charged an extra £10.00 per night as I was staying for 3 nights which I agreed to and paid. I was helped to carry my luggage to my room by hotel staff which I appreciated and thanked staff members. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel and would stay again.

I have stayed here previously and I stay here because of the convenient location and I have usually been able to get the rooms for a good price. I clean the rooms myself to be able to feel comfortable. I have included a picture of the filthy wipes from cleaning surfaces. This trip was horrendous due to noise and vibrations- the last time I complained about vibrations and the manager attended offering extra pillows to help this. This time there was what appeared to be people talking to me in the bathroom which made me feel like I was being watched and there was vibrations in the bed waking me up and preventing me from sleeping. I contacted the police and I want to warn solo female stayers about this and I am asking for people to come forwards if they have experienced similar.

Stayed for 8 consecutive days and was very satisfied. Will choose again next time I have the opportunity.

Great night stay clean n quiet

Every thing about the hotel was very good, the only bad thing is that I was given the wrong room, as I paid more money especially for a big room, (but got a very small one). My advice for guests, would be to choose the cheapest room when booking, just so you do not get disappointed when you see it.

This hotel was clean with enough space and affordable. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel and breakfast is delicious. The only problem is the lack of sound proof. I woke up in the middle of the night many times when the visitor staying in the opposite room opened and shut their door. I was also able to hear them puking, talking, etc. The walls and doors are too thin so sleeping was difficult for the entire week. Other than that, it was a decent stay.
