The Balneario is an amazing place, it is well located at the Babia and Luna National Park with many places to visit and enjoy nature, then you can enjoy the thermal waters at the hotel, the staff is super nice, we will be coming back hopefully, we recommend this location very much

Aunque de entrada te impresiona como un establecimiento austero, en realidad es un establecimiento sin sofisticación, pero excelente para pasar unos días de termalismo y relax en una naturaleza y alrededores privilegiados. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero tanto la comida, como el conjunto de las instalaciones están muy bien acopladas al volumen pequeño de clientes. El trato es muy personal, correcto y educado, muy respetuosos y nada intrusivo, ordenado pero flexible para adaptarse a tus necesidades y el personal es de una amabilidad y educación encomiable, que se agradece. Muy recomendable si ademas te gusta disfrutar de pasear por una naturaleza privilegiada, sin cpncesiones a lo superfluo

Excelente lugar y entorno con un maravilloso equipo de profesionales y magníficas instalaciones.los chorros de agua potenciamos y masajes estupendos a precios muy razonables.las comidas muy copiosas y ricas y el entorno ideal para paseos con un río precioso.

Solo puedo decir cosas positivas de mi estancia, perfecto para descansar unos días en la montaña de León rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad. El personal muy amable y la comida muy buena, casera y abundante ..me encanto la piscina termal con sus diferentes chorros y los demás servicios de termalismo. Muy recomendable.

Un lugar totalmente recomendable para desconectar. Comida casera muy rica y abundante en los menus y el desayuno y cena. Manuela nos ha atendido en el comedor con mucho cariño y amabilidad .Comida casera muy rica y variada. En la Recepción Judith y Giselle se ocuparon de hacernos la estancia muy cómoda,solo hubo facilidades. La Habitacion limpia cama normal y comoda. Kati nos hizo cada día de estancia un tratamiento diferente que sin duda repetiré. Es una gran profesional y tiene una gran sensibilidad para las personas. Frank el chico del Bar es alegre, cariñoso y muy profesional. También tengo que mencionar a CANELA, es una perro raza mastín y es una joya , fue nuestro guía por el monte y nos llevó sanos y salvos hasta el Balneario.Gracias a todos hemos tenido una estancia excepcional. Volveremos . .

Estuve diez días con el Imserso y todo fue estupendo. El pueblo es pequeño, tranquilo y bonito. El paisaje espectacular, ideal para paseos y excursiones. El balneario, es de los mejores, el ambiente es acogedor y familiar, las habitaciones están limpias, el personal fue siempre muy amable, la comida casera. Solo puedo decir cosas buenas. Gracias a las recepcionistas Gisela y Judith, a Katia por sus masajes y su atención en las termas, a María, Manuela y Susy, por su amabilidad y paciencia, a Constantino por las riquísimas comidas... Y a Javi el guía, con quien pasé momentos muy divertidos. ¡Voy repetir!

Balneario totalmente recomendable. Ubicado en un paisaje maravilloso. Ambiente familiar,el personal, muy amable, profesional y muy pendiente de las personas con movilidad reducida, como mi marido. Buena comida, habitación grande y todo muy limpio. No hay ninguna pega. Lo pasamos fenomenal, con ganas de repetir en cuanto podamos.

Tras haber disfrutado de una estupenda estancia con mi pareja el pasado octubre de 2023, esta vez acudimos junto a mi hermano y mi hermana con sus respectivas parejas. Y sólo puedo corroborar que ha merecido la pena. Buen servicio de habitaciones, baños termales adecuados para un tratamiento de mejora, y una magnífica cocina bajo la batuta de Tino. Y todo ello sustentado en un personal muy amable, atento y servicial, además de eficaz. Volveremos a este lugar tan bello y a este establecimiento que se merece una nota excelente.
