Hotel Azul de la Plaza by Chat Noir
"A sweet deal for $25/night in mid July 2026. Great customer service, good location, and some of the staff speak English. The rooms were mostly comfortable even for a tall person. Decent hot water and pressure in the showers (but slow and sometimes clogged drainage), televisions in the rooms that don't work as intended, reliable wifi albeit slow, nice views from the windows, free coffee water and tea, broken/malfunctioning lamps and lights in the rooms. The hotel sits on one end of a public square with just about everything you'd need on a daily basis within walking distance."
Oro Verde Cuenca
"The location is very convenient next to the airport, and the WiFi in the room is very convenient. The facilities and equipment are relatively good. It is a very good hotel in Cuenca. I highly recommend it."
Casa de las Rosas
"Our stay at La Casa de las Rosas was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, and every corner of the place feels warm and inviting. You can tell there's a lot of care behind everything they do. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuenca. A peaceful, charming experience that we’d love to repeat. Thank you for making our stay so special!"
Hotel Boutique la Ronda by Chat Noir
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. CINICOS, INFORMALES y DESHONESTOS."
Hotel Presidente by Nass
"The breakfast coffee was excellent. The view from the room is very nice; however, the breakfast food was all cold: eggs, sausages, ham; also, the receptionist was very sick and wasn't wearing a mask, there were about four staff members and no one helped with luggage or provided any services; they couldn't even provide the necessary or complete information, and to top it all off, the hotel supposedly offers parking, but when we went, they sent us to an external garage where guests have to pay $5 per night."
Four Points by Sheraton Cuenca
"Very good, clean and tidy, good service attitude"
Santa Lucia House - Forum
"Great experience. Very professional staffs and smile on face.."
Mansion Alcazar
"The overall environment of the hotel is quite good. But the room was very small and very forced, there was no air conditioning, it was cold, and I lived on the second floor 4 times in the morning and evening to try to take a bath, but there was hot water once. The room can be said to have no sound insulation, Wifi is not so easy to use, often stuck and disconnected. Although the decoration looks good, the facilities experience is not very good, just so-so, the overall experience is generally biased."
Nass Casa del Aguila
"I went with my family to this hotel to welcome the new year and unfortunately it was not at all what we remembered it once was. Since the hotel belongs to new owners things definitely changed for the worse. The entire hotel has only 3 girls working there. One who does the cleaning, one who prepares the breakfast and last one is at the reception. None of them have any experience or training in customer service. Every time we returned to rest from a tour during the entire day we came back and our rooms were not cleaned yet. It is very sad to see what this hotel once was vs. what it is now. We will definitely never come back. You have lost your customers."

"It's a hotel located in a good area, across from Supermaxi, and 10 minutes from the airport. I recommend it; I liked the service. The service in general is good, the rooms are comfortable, the price is very reasonable, and the staff are kind and helpful."
Hotel Bristol Cuenca
"Terrible, the worst, they do not respect reservations and they are in a very bad area. AWFUL, THE WORST, never visit it or you will regret it and very bad treatment of the people who visit if you booked with the platform and not with them, you are NOT Guaranteed because they will resell your spot without the slightest shame."
