El trato del personal es NEFASTO, Tomas te vigila y te tratan como si fueras a robarte algo, las recepcionistas son muy malas No hay servicio de restaurante, el café te lo niegan, de verdad es la peor experiencia que he tenido en Cuernavaca

El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones están bien solo nuestra recamara estaba un poco incomoda por el baño (acabados viejos y desgastado), cama (colchón duro) y almohadas. De ahi en adelante todo esta normal y bien.

No me gustó, me percaté que mi bebé tenía piquetes pequeños y buscando en la cama hallamos varios insectos diminutos (no se si eran chinches). Y de inmediato salí del hotel, no terminé los días de reserva, y esa misma noche a mi mamá le callo una mega cucaracha.
Tampoco me gustó porque no contaban con cocinero.
